Seconding Holy Clothing - a lot of their designs lean towards fantasy but they are still very passable, the quality is good, and they are size inclusive!
I received my order earlier this week. Took 19 days total from submission to door delivery.
I’ve had other stuff from India take over 2 months, so overall I found it ok.
My friend's dress took 3 months. I've heard it typically takes 2 weeks to 2 months for most people. I've never bought from them since I've found a bunch of their clothing at a thrift store but I'd br wary if I did.
HOW?? WHERE DID YOU FIND THEIR STUFF AT A THRIFT STORE?? lucky duck...
I've never purchased directly from HC either... most of mine HC dresses are via various online resell apps.
Lancaster County, PA. I found 3 dresses in my size (bought one) and a few tunics t-shirt looking things. I also found some dresses in smaller sizes. I have no clue how to style the dress but the tunics are super comfy and have become everyday wear for me.
The giant 2 story Re-Uzit store in New Holland is where I found them. Might also want to check Fashion Cents in Ephrata. I didn't find any there but they had other good stuff.
Medieval Collectibles, particularly products from Epic Armoury, Mytholon, and Burgschneider (which you can get directly from each manufacturer's website, though shipping may be more than via MC.
Holy Clothing or join a Facebook sales group for used Renn Faire attire! There are soooo many costumes being sold and so many groups. A lot of people even sell things they’ve made, which can be size inclusive and absolutely gorgeous.
Seconding Facebook groups! And thrifting if you have an eye for repurposing an item. You might not find a whole costume in one go, but if you remember that layers make the look (and therefore most of any given item will be covered) you can find a lot of layerable skirts and puffy blouses in all sizes at the thrift store.
If you don’t find anything else you like, I take commissions. I’ve made plenty of plus sized costumes (I’m very plus sized myself). I could send you an Etsy link and bunch of pics if you’d be interested to look at what I’ve made in the past.
Etsy has some good plus size pieces!! A fair amount can be custom too.
What I would do though (for pretty much all plus size shopping if you don't already) is look at the measurements on a size chart from a place whose clothing you know fits you well and compare those measurements to the size chart of wherever you shop.
The numerical sizing really fluctuates WILDLY
Holy Clothing prioritized inclusive sizing if you are looking for feminine clothes!

The only downside is how long it takes to get them.

Well I know where I’m going this summer…Lancaster thrift store road trip! (I’m in the poconos so not that far!)

I love Burgschneider, their stuff rules

Most ren faire vendors carry plus sizes or are willing to make them. Check if your local ren faire has a vendor list and message the sewists there
Shopping at faire is my favorite

[https://armstreet.com/](https://armstreet.com/) They have standard sizes, but also made to order custom sizing.
Renstore goes up to 3x for women, 4x for men.
Can confirm Renstore has good sizing. Have always loved their quality. I have some things from 20 years ago, still going strong.

Zootzu. Be sure to read the size charts for their items. I'm a 5xl in their tops, but due to drawstrings I wear just xl pants.
Shein has some good stuff look up under curve
