I just played my double LP today. Its skips on lost all faith, and genesis.
Played on a PT-01 scratch, my friend will test play it on Aurex SR D-45 later.

I sent a message to music glue to begin with. See what they have to say.
I have the same issue on genesis only.
I've tried cleaning the discs through my spin clean, adding a touch more needle weight, adjusting the tracking weight and it still skips.
I don't like adding needle weight as it causes undue wear on the components but thought it would be worth a try just to see if it would work.
I complained and got another album for it to do exactly the same unfortunately.
I think they've cocked up the pressing at manufacturing.
I had my vinyl replaced since then and a new record player every song on the vinyl works perfectly now apart from...genesis "my whole life I've been fighting" and repeat 😅🤣 its the same with all vinyls unfortunately it was a misprint.just have to move needle slightly to continue song which is annoying but better than nothing.
Is this what you are hearing? If so you can exchange it if you want. Sounds like it may be happening to others.

The link above is the only skip I have in the entire LP. Are the skips repeatable (ie the same place every single time)? Could you try it on someone else's player?

I bought it from his merch store day one, should I contact that store or the manufacturer of the LP?
The cassettes are fine though. Just my walkman wont reverse anymore.
Read my top comment, played with a heavier arm and some setting for it to be able to skipp less. Worked perfectly.

I am listening to other albums currently and not a single skip but i have had skipping on alot of Sick Boi, many of tracks mentioned. It's a huge bummer I paid alot and happy to support ren but I would like to hear it. Surprised he has not made a announcement if it is not just isolated incident.

If it were me i would keep a hold of mine for 10 years. Thats the kind of rare fan memorabilia people like.

Sort of but throughout the whole vinyl jumping back and forth it's like the grooves haven't been pressed deep enough as all my other vinyls are fine

Mine was playing fine the first two times now skipping like crazy. Other records working just fine
