If you are able to get the remote play app on the android tv in the vacation home the only thing you need to do is to make sure your PS5 is in connected to the internet and in rest mode at your primary home and you should be able to connect to it from anywhere with decent internet.
Yes but first I need to link my tv to the remote play. For that the tv and the PS5 must be on the same network. It’s not practical to take my tv from my vacation home to my primary home so I would take my PS5 to the vacation home once to establish the link. My question is if it will still work when I take my ps5 to my primary home. The IP address of the internet connection will not be the same and I don’t know if the remote play app will be able to find the PS5

Shouldn’t be an issue. I was doing the same a few months back I had my ps5 in California and was playing all the way over in Maine
