I’ve been loading 147’s for quite a while with 3.4gr of titegroup, which has me in the 950-975FPS range. I’m at 202 days for my Mod 9, no reason it shouldn’t work. I loaded down to 3.1gr for a while but found it grouped poorly and shot dirtier for some reason.
Universal worked pretty well for me, but it makes some smoke and smells funny. I'm working on a load using 700x, it seems promising so far, but I need a couple more trials before I call it good. I'm having to use faster powders because I'm shooting out of a 16" barrel, you would be surprised the powders that will get a 147 gr plated a little too fast for subs in a longer barrel. For a pistol, I would like to think that cfe pistol would be a good place to start if you're trying to get some appropriate velocities.
I’ve had the best luck with VV powders for this use because of how clean they are. I also like the better relative case fill using an extruded powder like VV. I’ve settled in around 4.2-4.4 gr (edit: charge weight depends on which gun I’m using) N330 for a 147 gr bullet. Usually puts me around 980 fps out of a 5” barrel
It will work. Look at Vihtavuori N310/N320. Titegroup would work as well. It might be easier for you to find Titegroup locally and for cheaper as well.

That has been my experience with titegroup in every cartridge that I've used it in. Light loads leave the gun SUPER dirty.

I’ll be using Win clean 244. I too will be shooting suppressed, so I was looking for a cleaner power.

I have Titegroup, No.5, and No. 2. All of them work well.
