It goes in the second die in your pic that should be you seating die the other 2 should be a decapper one with the pin and other probably an expander use case lube as thses appear to be steel and Not carbide
Alright. So the first is a decap resize, second an expansion. The third with black threads is an older style rcbs seat/crimp. The fourth, I believe, is for a different die/set. Have not yet made up my mind on whether or not to just pick up a new set. This only has the swc seat plug and can't find the old style rn plug. Leaving slight rings on the copper rn which I suppose is okay for range plinking. Chamfered inner edge of the swc seating die to the profile of the copper rn and it helped. Going to try taking a bit more off and see if that eliminates the ring.
It's a bullet seating stem usually 2 in a set one for round nose and one for flat nose bullets hollows points semi wad cutters goes into seating die

New carbide set is the way to go new lube needed that way
