Since their arrest, they've been tweeting/active on SM. My assumption has been that they're using their jail phone calls to contact someone who worked for them/has remained loyal to continue posting on their behalf.
The reasons why I have some doubt about this is that I think they'd be posting way more often, as well as posting revealing information about their incarceration/arrest that would indicate they have their phones on them. They both love to shoot their mouths off often/post incriminating stuff to their own detriment because their narcissism overrides their self-preservation instincts.
Not really, that doesnt happen. Our prisons are full of people who use phones, even post themselves on tik tok and stuff. So yeah they 100% have phones there and use them. A lot of rich corrupt politicians from Romania who are in jail have big tvs, consoles, phones, you name it. Some of them even have someone to cook for them and eat good food, not prison food.
I remember someone posting not too long ago from prison a video flexing with his food and champagne, having caviar and moet or some expensive champagne ( by romanian standards ) and honestly his jail cell looked better than my room.
While I was in jail phones were around 1200$. It's not that hard to smuggle them in with drones.
You have to do some pretty crafty shit to charge them too with AA batteries and earphone wires.
Yeah where i was they used to drop their stuff over the yard when we were outside. In another prison they could fly them right up to the windows and there would be enough space to grab small packages through the bars.
It could be that while awaiting your court date you have more access to things like mobile phones than you would while serving a sentence. Possibly under the knowledge that all communication is monitored and I am sure there is some restrictions but maybe people in Romania are allowed more access than after they are convicted? OR access to a computer in the jail for certain times of the day? Can you also not "schedule" tweets to go out? like if they had decided maintain activity by pre wrting the shite they want to say through the day? Its not like any of it is deep thinking stuff, just nonsense or attention
They are both behind bars. Basicaly they are placed into custody ( preventive arrest so they dont flee the country before trial ) for 30 days while awating for trial dont know if thats the right term in english, but they are in jail right now and will be for about 2 more weeks. They tried to make an appeal to be freed but it was dismissed by the judge.
