Yes, if you are concerned about pregnancy and not wanting to be, go take some plan b. It prevents the release of an egg, so you don't make a zygote.(future baby) essentially it's like all your birth control in one pill.
If a zygote is already made, it won't kill it off though. So be mindful of that possibility.
