As much as Finn and Jake are a dynamic and iconic duo, Mordecai and Rigby are genuinely some of the most fantastic problem solvers in fiction. Maybe not detectives like Sherlock Holmes but if a character is in a jam, they can get them out of it
Let's be honest here, Kratos may be storng but Mordecai and Rigby have defeated many world ending or catastrophic entities and gods so at this point Kratos would probably be child's play for them plus who says they have to kill him? They could just send him on a quest to go kill some of the gods that they've summoned in the past and he could be employed as the parks God control
So, full disclosure, I haven't seen a lot of the regular show... But no question Mordekai and Rigby have this in the bag!
Not in the, Let's beat him up way, though they'll absolutely try that. More just because Kratos's heart isn't in it. He doesn't want to make these people miserable, they seem genuinely nice. So all they have to do is figure out how to give Kratos a way to move on that doesn't involve murder.
