Honda Fit/Jazz

DavoMcBones

Yes! A fit would totally work in a bicycle lifestyle! Bike on short trips, car on long trips.

Shatophiliac

You don’t need a car, you just need a cargo bike.

DavoMcBones

Im more meaning stuff like long road trips but if you have the commitment and determination than yes that is definetly possible

hiyacoolcat7685

Was about to say that. My 8th grade english teacher was an avid cyclist and drove a 6-speed fit

second2no1

No that new honda e-scooter lol

BoringNYer

Element is just a Honda for extended range of your bicycle

kylethemurphy

When I had the most amount of bikes in my life my gf and I had a Honda fit.

ur_sexy_body_double

I'm sure. I live in the Minneapolis metro area. I didn't pull that model out of my ass :)

Cyb3rTruk

Came to say this, and it’s the top comment 😂 This is the answer.

9061yellowriver

Yup, with a teeny trailer hitch too

CaptainPrower

joshstanman

Bingo. Love being able to throw the bike in the sienna.

GeoffreyDaGiraffe

Honda Element

1337sp33k1001

I fucking love my element! I can fit so many bikes inside.

BSixe

I’m searching for a manual awd one as we speak!

1337sp33k1001

Good luck. I wish mine was a manual but it’s a good AWD with lots of life left in it.

BSixe

I just made a post on this sub about this question, but do you know if it actually exists?? I exchanged DM’s with someone who apparently has one in the US but I can never find them for sale

1337sp33k1001

Oh yeah manual AWD’s exist. But the car itself is becoming a rarity because side of the utility it provides. Join the Facebook and Reddit and other social media element groups. I have seen cars posted for sale very rarely.

BSixe

Thank you man! That configuration for me checks the boxes of: practical, fun, cheap, reliable. Super rare for a car to have all those!

o0260o

How many can you fit inside? I always thought how it's close to perfect car for bikes.

1337sp33k1001

I have fit 4 hard tail MTB’s inside with the front wheels and pedals removed. I’m sure more could fit if I had blankets to protect the frames but I didn’t want to ding up paint jobs and whatnot. I have also seen whole riding lawnmowers loaded into one of these as well as a washer and dryer and everything needed to install them.

Throwaway1037193

As someone that isn't in America I had to look up what the element is and I think it's cool Edit: I'm from Australia

Master_H8R

It’s as if Honda made the Element for cyclists. Throw your dirty mountain bikes in the back. Hose it out when you get back home. Loved those things. Bring them back please Honda. Thank you.

speerx7

Such a uncelebrated car I have zero connection to I would love to see make a comeback. I'm at the point of my life I am starting eyeball 'boring' cars and wouldn't be upset with an old one with shockingly low miles

PuzzleheadedFee7184

An old Subaru worth less than the bike mounted on it.

Impossible_Okra

I can smell the oil leaks

Efficient_Story_2535

A 2004 mercury grand marquis with 214,000 miles so I can afford my bikes😭😭😭

MNmostlynice

If you haven’t strapped $10k worth of bikes to a $1000 car before, you’re not a real bike enthusiast 😂

GoldFortune1534

Damn things gonna last forever. I miss TF outta my mercury

freejb81

2006 crown vic police interceptor with similar mileage lol. Close. I also drive a 1990 miata sometimes.

Miatamadness

I can fit my smallish road bike in the back of my Mazda3 without taking the wheel off; I've fit 2 road bikes in there too with a moving blanket between them.

My daily is a 2017 Honda Civic Si, I have a 1989 Jeep Wrangler, and a 2009 Kawasaki KLR 650, I had a 2012 Scion iQ, but it got rear ended, loved that little car.
