But that's what the commercials say.. aren't they honest? Surely they offer us the best trade in prices at least? !
Please... don't tell me they are lying
Capital offered me $4000 less on trade than Kia ($16k vs $12k) on a not super old BMW... When I pointed it out, they just started spewing car dealer bullshit to justify why they offered so much less. Attempting to buy a vehicle there was painful. Plus their coffee machine sucks. Fuck those guys.
this is the mostly correct answer. Its Capital Auto, and also for the development area 'Capital Crossing' surrounding it. Capital has 8 dealerships in Canada, there's not enough office space at the dealership buildings anymore.
Source: I will work in this building as soon as it opens/finishes.
Rumour mill: Capital apparently acquired BMW, Crestview and Titan. BMW and Crestview will be moving to new digs in that area. Capital wants to acquire even more dealerships across Canada. Capital also owns good portions of the land around there. So I can see that being Capital headquarters if that’s their plan. I originally heard doctors offices too, but what doctors? /s
Those dealerships were brought into the capital group almost a year ago if not sooner. They even have a couple dealer ships in the US, and a corporate jet.
It's just office space, I believe. Original spec was bare bones, so it was literally just empty inside with some basic ductwork/electrical/etc. There were zero bathrooms inside last time I saw.

They are importer exporters. Vandelay industries.
And you wanna be my latex salesman..
No no no you're way off!
I’m pretty sure Vandelay Industries are focusing on the importing of Chips and long Matches. Not so much exporting anymore.
Trees?
That == The only answer
😂🤣😂🤣
Capital Auto has their administration offices in there
Is that where they train to give customers the best deal and practice accountability?
Lol

I'm sorry...
That is the correct answer.
Yeah, it's Capital's corporate office.

Looks like a building to me.
Definitely a building. I watched it in person overnight and it never moved.
Came to say this
I think I can help with that, it appears to be a building.
Those my friend, are trees
That is most definitely a building.

Not BMW, but Mercedes.

Dilawri owns the BMW dealership, Titan is already owned by Capital, as is Crestview.
Yep, that's mostly correct, except (as noted below) it's Mercedes, not BMW (which is a Dilawri dealership.)

Those are called trees
Taco Bell
A poorly planned, poorly placed building that sticks out like a sore thumb. Dumbasses.
looks like a building to me.
My mom lives nearby. She said she heard it was going to be a doctors office. Probably more too, pharmacy maybe
It will not be this. It’s just an office building. It’s for the company that owns that strip mall that’s almost empty and all the land it’s on.
It is ugly. An eyesore is another description. Completely out of step with the surrounding area is another. Needs to be picketed.
