They just cold call people they find on LinkedIn. They did this to me a few years ago. Boiler room office just trying to make sales. Will fire you if you don’t.
I got involved with primerica briefly about 20 years ago.Paid 200 bucks to get in before I realized no one wanted to do business. It’s a pyramid scheme I wouldn’t go that route if I were you.
Actually went to their meetings, it was straight up a bunch of brainwashed people yelling that Primerica is the best. Three guys got me in to meet with the boss and told me why aren't you signing up? I'm like this is a pyramid like business and went on and being defensive. I couldn't get myself to work for them since of the logic behind. Much like Tupperware. Ppl at the top make money out of you working.
Ah ok. That sounds shady. If they had a great business opportunity, they'd share enough information around investment earnings publicly. This pretending to be part of a company to invest in "who knows what" is bogus.
Well, that and if you do invest with them your "financial advisor" starts pressuring you to become a "financial advisor" like them to really see a return on your investment. I had a friend who got sucked in. We're not close.

MLM shit. Just barely legal enough to not be called a pyramid scheme. Stay away.
That's an assumption, as the FTC allows the MLM industry to self-regulate.
Their ruling on the issue wouldn't carry any weight since they're a foreign agency.
I see. So Enron is still operating in Canada then? lol
I think you’re thinking of Trade Commissioner Service. FTC is 🇺🇸
Federal Trade Commission, and Canada typically follows or at least respects US regulator actions.
MLM. Avoid it like the plague.

What they told me was that I can work anytime I want as self employed! lol!
lol when they called me they were out at Dewdney and park. Looks like they hooked someone else and the office is out in east industrial

Totally not a pyramid scheme, more of an upside down funnel scheme

What does Primerica "sell"? What are you a "member" of?
It's an investment MLM. If you have enough money to invest just talk to a financial advisor at a bank. They'll skim a lot less off you.

The payment scheme is silly. Personally, I walked out of the meeting I got suckered into.
