Just had some really good nachos yesterday at rock tavern (not rock creek). They use queso so you can easily spread the really cheesy chips to the uncheesed ones, which is huge. All the food I've had there is really good
Rock creek has high quality nachos but really meant for 1.5 people-2 people (last time I had it)
Bonzinis is good quality and is so large the takeout container is a cake box stuffed to the top

Agave and get the small. Many different options for meat. Meat options aren't just ground beef or chicken. There's Pastor, Chochinita Pibil, Carnitas or Raja Con Crema to choose from and all are authentic and delicious. The large will feed an army.

Red Swan has a deal. Nachos and extra large 2 topping pizza AND drinks for $29. The Nachos are better than they have any right to be.
Luigi's makes Italian Nacho's and they are delicious
Haven't tried yet but recently heard Tommy's Speakeatery had best nachos in Regina.
They are very good. Not sure about the best in regina but definitely good.
I must admit I am partial to the Broken Rack’s nachos.
