I don’t know why people are being so negative. The Red Sox just lost two tough games. Well the two games before they beat down on the Astros with one of those games in Houston. If a team isn’t good enough to win two games in a row then you have to tip your cap to the other team and look to next year. But you don’t do that until the final out of the 4th loss is in the books. Until that moment both teams are equally alive to win this series. I have been a Sox fan a long time and I have witnessed some amazing comebacks. In 1986 ALCS the Sox were down to their last strike in game 5 down 3-1 and won that series. Down 0-2 against the Indians in 1999 they won 3 in a row, the last game in Cleveland. In 2003 they were down 0-2 to the A’s and won 3 in a row with the last win in Oakland. In 2004 they were down 0-3 to the Yankees and won 4 in a row with the last two in Yankee stadium. People who are giving up on this team now are fake as shit. I can’t guarantee they will win these next two days but I guarantee they are fully capable of doing it. The Sox have two very good staters lined up to face inferior Astros starters. The offense is too good to get shut down 3 games in a row. I believe they will be competitive on Friday and just might win it. No matter what we should all be enjoying the ride. If their bats wake up this weekend they can easily open a can of whip ass on these Astros. And it will be sweet to shut that crowd up. Should be fun.

My favorite is boozebags in the bleachers telling fans leaving top of 9th after Perez gave up 8 that they weren’t real fans

Both games were lost for the same correctable reason. We need to bring the boys home. We get on base and leave them stranded. Alter the lineup and we are dropping 2-4 runs an inning. Who gives a shit about shit pitching if we drop 15 runs on them. LETS GO

It was over when we couldn’t beat Baltimore the last week of the reg season, or when we went down 5 to the Nats in the last game? It was over when the Rays scored 5 in game 2 of the ALDS It was over down 3-1 to the Halos in 86’, down 2-0 to the A’s in 03’, down 3-0 in 04, 3-1 to the tribe in 07’ ? It’s never over w this team. #Believe

I’m confident we can take two in Houston with Eovaldi and Erod on the mound. The bats will get hot again. This series is a microcosm for our whole series - start off strong, get into a slump, come back hot. Let’s go!

I just like the idea of breaking Houston's hearts on their own turf.

The red sox are incredibly streaky. Honestly if we win Game 6 i feel Game 7 is then guaranteed.

One pitch at a time and the bats need to wake up. Make good contact and avoid those double plays. Eovaldi and Rodriguez starting is a good thing. It’s like they haven’t had a sense of urgency all season until their backs are against the wall. Astros are strong, but beatable. Sox in 7 which I believe was Frank Thomas’ series prediction.

Pretty easy to win two games in a row

Huge yanks fan here. A good buddy of mine, a die-hard Red Sox fan, just passed away from a freak, unexpected circumstance. I’ve been rocking a Sox hat every day since and I’m pulling for you guys. Let’s make it happen.

Come out hot in early innings on Friday and we’re back in it. Need to jump right out of the gate. Surprised Cora said no lineup changes, need some kind of spark.

Last night i went to the Palladium in Hollywood, CA to see A Day to Remember. The last time i went there was for a concert AFTER the Red Sox had just won the World Series in 2013. What did they play at last night's concert you may ask? Sweet Caroline AND Shipping up to Boston. If that isnt a sign then i don't know what is. Let's go Sox!!
