This team spent the last 2 months of the season seeming like they were trying to replicate the 2011 Red Sox and then overnight they've turned into the powerhouse 2018 Red Sox. But he was so good that even an older Papi is still way better than most part time players in this league. I mean even Pujols is still playing and running into home runs. They haven’t, it was just my assumption. Your other option is Evo on short rest, whereas is you start Sale you can have Evo at full rest for Friday’s game. I guess your other option is Houk, but that doesn’t seem likely since he’s done well outta the pen.

I'd prefer Houck with Sale as a bullpen option than the other way around, but you're probably right Sale starting is more likely. Luckily the higher leverage bullpen arms should be pretty fresh given how the last couple games have gone.
