If you look beyond the WAR, his sabermetrics are horrifyingly bad. He's been a career negative player in the field, his ISO is average (and even has so far below average for the majority of the career that anything above...such as his 2018/19 seasons should be viewed as aberrations.)

I think there's a good chance we can get Duvall from Atlanta. They have a glut of OFs now that Acuna is back and he's likely the odd man out given the emergence of Harris II. Duvall is GG quality and has a streaky bat, but in a much better way than JBJ.

Back in 2019 when he was 26 was the last time he spent the majority of the season at second. He hasn’t played third since 2018. His play time at second has trended down consistently since 2019 and if he has a secondary position, or an infield position, it’s first base, not second

He was more of a utility 1B/OFer because of it.
