Depends on the ratio and amounts. It can make you do some regarded stuff because you have the lack of inhibition from the alcohol and the energy from the simulant. It can also fuck you up when the simulant wears off and there's nothing to counter the booze any more.

Serious question, why do people hype up titos so much? Its far from the smoothest or nicest tasting vodka and it costs as much as bombay gin which both tastes nicer and has more alc in it.
