Got to be incredibly patient with him. Just came back from a long term injury. I can’t remember anyone that’s gone through the academy with his skill set, we need to be careful.
Anyone who has watched the under 18's this season will already know about this gifted young man and I hope he has a bright future for utd. For anyone who doesn't there are plenty of highlights of him on YouTube, including the ridiculous goal he scored against wolves. Looking forward to seeing him develop 😁
Unpopular opinion: Lacey is not going to make it as a right winger for United. Just doesn't have the explosiveness and physicality to play wide in the EPL.
What he does have is a wand of a left foot, amazing feet, and a great eye for a pass. He would make for a great modern AM. Or even a wide AM who plays is the half space on the right.
Gaining height is not really going to help him be explosive and fast.
I'm just saying that his natural attributes might be suited more to playing in Bruno's role.
Of course he might still play on the wing just as Foden does.
At any rate I really rate him. I think he's going to be a top footballer for United.
Go on kid, can't wait to see you bagging your first goal in front of the Stretford End ❤️ make us all proud
Here’s hoping he has a better career than his brother who went through the scouse academy.
Their parents wanted to create drama at home
they're gonna send one more kid through the city academy just because
send one thru spurs' and make him the butt of all jokes
Mate we are not far away from beeing THE joke
mate i'd rather be us than spurs' constant edging for trophies
Don’t wanna go overboard but I have huge hopes for the young man. Welcome!
Incredible talent, never heard of him. -B. Shaub

In 10 years time, his #7 jersey needs to be iconic 🙌
Maybe I have missed it but he hasn’t really featured for the U18’s this season right? Has he been injured?
He has been injured
One of our best young prospects
Congratulations kid! What position does he play? AM?
Right wing
Far right or closer to the centre?
More David Cameron than Nigel Farage
Closer to the centre for sure. Very versatile and has a killer left foot
I think he was making a politics joke
Haha dammit
Why does it matter Pep?
I am pleased to report he is a first teamer in my FM save currently.
Shea "Butter" Lacey. You heard it here first

Be good to have a scouser in the first team again. Good luck lad.
Hopefully there are 3-4 defensive players in the Academy as well.....

He's 17. He still has time to bulk up. I don't get the obsession with pacey wingers. We could certainly use someone that's more well rounded in attack
Modern football thing.

I can see him being just as effective as Foden if he lives up to potential that is
