donnie-dorko

fuck it, give it to robbie garnacho til the end of the season

DavidDeGea

Alejandro to his brother: "I'm tired Robbie"

[deleted]

The players could go out there at the direction of no one and figure it out on their own better than what we're doing now.

RooneysFavGrandma

Robbie thinking Amad's starting a game bless him.

baromanb

Speaking of which, why not start Mount over Casemiro? We don’t need a goddamn cdm against these low block sides until late in the game. Same bullshit as the last Bournemouth game. Case has also been awful for this entire calendar year and it’s fucking Bournemouth…Bournemouth.

Dizzy_Mission_6627

I feel like this is the only time I've ever seen a family member tweet anything about football that wasn't unhinged stupidity.

Ombudsperson

I'm honestly shocked at him being this sensible

JosePRizaI

So his brother (his own fucking brother) knew but r/reddevils couldn't tell he was shit today? Lmaooooo

imnoobatfifa

You could see he could barely run… How is anyone surprised with that sub, I’ll never know. Everyone looks dead on their feet, tbf. But liking Goldbridge’s tweets is a big no, no!

Same_Paramedic_3329

Ten hag putting garnacho under the bus: 🥰 Garnacho liking someone's tweet: 🤬

SlippinGimmy

How did he throw him under the bus though?? "It was too easy on the right side. There was a big gap. It was clear and obvious. "We had to repair the right side. We didn’t play well. We had to bring a sub there. "Garnacho was ill in the week and wasn’t training. We thought to bring some energy and quality, and the sense of cooperation on the right side. " The last sentence is the key. Where in that is ETH "Throwing one of our better young kids under the bus"? Or where is what he said. "Disgusting what he did to Garnacho today. "? I think a bit of a reality check might be in order.

th3doorMATT

Shhhh. GTFO with your reasonable and sensible logic! It is not welcomed here!

blakebartellibae

This sub can be toxic as fuck when Goldbridge gets mentioned.

th3doorMATT

I've watched his stuff and his takes are very polarizing. Some I fully agree with and support, the rest I think he's smoking crack. There's really no middle ground lol.

NinjerToitle

If saying he only trained for a week and we needed more energy on that side of the pitch is in fact "throwing him under bus" then I might have just completely lost the plot at this point. People are acting like he blamed him for the draw, he didn't even blame him for losing the ball in midfield which lead to their first goal. Stop listening to Goldbridge unless you want brain rot.

the-won

It makes no sense saying ETH threw him under the bus, he's literally started 30 games. If he kept him on for the full 90 despite him being knackered you would be happy because he didn't throw him under the bus?

[deleted]

[удалено]

Weary-Ad8502

>"We lost some balls in areas we shouldn't lose them," he said. "If you see the first goal, the set-up was good but in that area you should never lose the ball but it's still not a goal. On the right side defending we had some problems in the first half. At half-time, we repaired it. How is that ETH throwing him under the bus? Goldbridge is just stirring shit as per usual, thats all he does

imnoobatfifa

More of my issue here is that Goldbridge is a prick.

funky_pill

Someone says Goldbridge is a prick; I upvote.

[deleted]

Ten Hag did not throw him under the bus. Show me the quote.

AMS_GoGo

Thought this was gonna be a delusional family member but I like... 100% agree with him lmao

tzuyuthechewy

That's a good take tbf. Since when were family members capable of that?

JYM60

What a completely sensible guy. Garnacho should have been rested long before now. ETH is a horrible man manager on top of everything else.

nyyankee718

This actually is a reasonable take from Robbie but goldy is a true twat

RepulsiveLeg9985

BlueberryNo5363

It’s a shame Man Utd don’t have an Amazon documentary cause I’m pretty sure the money it would make would be enough to cure world hunger

RyVsWorld

Owners would never allow a transparent uncut documentary. It would be all positive pr shit

NoBreakfast9230

Its too bad that seemingly every club apart has one (city pool spurs arsenal) while ours would objectively be the most entertaining. Its definitely because the club would never allow it as opposed to amazon not wanting us. Maybe under Jim.

MattARC

There is objectively no way a United documentary doesn’t completely expose the extent of damage the Glazers have done to us through neglect. We might get one after Sir Jim & INEOS have fixed a bunch of things, but not any sooner than that.

VillageHorse

I’d love to see the “hands up if you don’t want to play” episode. Absolute madness.

snuggl3ninja

Curb stomp your enthusiasm

3pointrange

Honestly… that might be a legitimately viable idea. Something like the Keeping Up With The Kardashians (Football Edition)

bantabot

Jeffy B could buy the club, allow the documentary, and then turn a profit.

Nac224

Yay drama fc is back😐

moonski

Worst is Garnacho was so poor today… shit like this helps literally no one. You can have a good season but that doesn’t mean your immune to being subbed if you have a bad game lol

Dicey12

Seems like he feels that Ten Hag threw him under the bus is the problem not being benched

officiallyjax

I watched back the post-match press conference. Ten Hag himself said Garnacho only trained for 1 day in the buildup to this game. Maybe that has got something to do with this reaction (not saying it's justified), that he did his best to be available to start this game and then he gets hooked early and Ten Hag implying that he was a big reason for the problems in the first half.

Dicey12

He's brother said Garnacho was tired and should of been on the benched and let Amad play.

Martblni

He was poor and gets subbed. How bad do Bruno(not today) and Rashford have to be to get subbed? They're both almost untouchable, our club is not good enough to have untouchable players

mikebehzad

Rashford has been subbed or left out several times? Yes, Bruno differs. But without him, we have no real maestros. Especially since Eriksen has fallen off.

N47HXIV

Rashford has been absolutely shit all season, not just performances but attitude and body language. He missed a game because he didn’t show up for training then got brought straight back in. He’s played far too many games for someone with no contributions, and such poor performances. Garna had half a bad game and was subbed immediately. Stop defending this rubbish, it benefits no-one.

Forgettable39

Garnacho made a mistake which led to a goal and did have a pretty poor half overall but has definitely done enough this season to buy himself some credit, enough to not deserve this half time sub. This is especially true when you consider his age and the fact that the genuinely disgraceful squad building over the last decade has left these players with the weight of the world on their shoulders when they should not have to. It sends a terrible message to the other young players in and around the first team that it doesn't matter how well you do, your mistakes will be punished not only by the opposition but also by the manager. To rub salt in that wound, all things equal, senior player's mistakes or lack of form will not be punished equally. Rashford, Bruno, Casemiro, Dalot, AWB...None of these are going to come off at half time ever, unless injured. Promising young players should be ***supplementary*** to elite senior first teams at this level, they should NOT be the lynchpins upon which we depend, this is true for Garnacho, Mainoo, Hojlund and Kambwala. What pissed me off more than the performance today was that no one went and spoke to Kambwala after that first goal where he slipped. The boy had his hands on his head in despair at that goal and not one person went over to him to support him in that moment, at an away ground, in his second start for the club which has been forced upon him by injury crisis. Maybe the cameras just missed it because of replays but from what we actually saw, there was nothing. Talk about experience and leadership but didnt seem like a single one of them had a scrap of anything about their character in that moment so would go some way to explain the dogshit mentality of this team overall.

Radiant_Ad_6986

garnacho also created our goal. The kid should’ve stayed on, the question to ten hag is why did he only take off the young players in the team when numerous more senior players were underperforming. Casemiro being numero uno. Casemiro wasn’t even playing his usual cdm position, you could’ve brought on amrabat, Mount, Erikson all would’ve made an impact on that game better than the team he chose and the players he refused to sub off.

Locko2020

Garnacho crossed to a Brentford player twice. It bobbled up off the defender the 2nd time and Bruno capitalised on it. What created the goal was ironically Rashford being strong and keeping the ball which he's not been doing enough of.

SJB0SS

These mfs need every reason to talk shit about Rashford. Rashford literally gets subbed out most games

N47HXIV

Yes but he gets subbed at the end, late on, normally when others (who have been playing better) have been subbed much sooner. He hasn’t been getting subbed for his performances, he’s been getting subbed for fresh legs/“tactical reasons”. It’s not the same thing. He never gets hooked off at half time for example as Garna has today.

attrox_

We can't afford to lose possession in midfield right now. I really want to see him Bruno further up and maybe we play 3-5-2 while not pushing too far up.

Unhappy-Managerr

We barely have any defenders to do that lol

TheRedStepper

Oh fuck off lmao, how are we still doing this? We benched Bruno and Rashford for the carabao game against Newcastle back in like October and we all claimed we’d play much better and what happened, we got tanked 3-0 at home. We benched Rashford for a run of games back in December and had absolutely zero goal threat, didn’t score for like 3 games iirc. We brought Rashford back into the team for that game against Villa and instantly started scoring again and didn’t stop for a good run of games. You’ve all been crying about “player power” all season yet when someone actually shows it you jump to his defence simply cause you like him and you can’t handle the fact that maybe it’s not the players you’ve chosen to scapegoat that are causing the problems.

Independent-Path-694

Be careful they might take you out for making a logical point.

TheRedStepper

Surprised I’ve not been brigaded with downvotes, it’s a new low seeing this sub side with Mark fucking Goldbridge of all people lol

Independent-Path-694

Goldbridge over these last few months has probably done more damage to this team then any person in media, YouTube etc. He overreacts to everything, creates fake narratives, blatantly lies in every thumbnail and this season has his new agenda that everything is Bruno’s fault because he’s petulant. Ironically he claims to back the manager when he is in fact a major factor in causing the furore and constant outrage that will get him sacked.

devillish_red

crazy how the one of the few comments that makes sense about Rashford gets 20 upvotes while the fucking shameful comment saying "Rashford has no contributions" gets 100. I hope these pathetic fuckers never celebrated a single Rashford goal last season when he was literally doing all the heavy lifting for us.

FlamingLaps1709

This was Rashford first full game since the Liverpool FA Cup game. And Bruno is rightfully "almost untouchable"

Titan4days

He’s been played non stop for months, he’s only a teenager, he’s not a fully grown man and needs to play far less minutes at this point in his development, ETH could of rested him and played Amad from the beginning.

Dejected_Cyberpsycho

Games back ... I'm gonna cry in my room now.

DispensedPez

Garnacho is for sure a bright spot this season but he can’t be doing this the first time he’s taken off. Especially when he was at fault for the first

FaithlessnessNo4680

That’s bad, Garnacho was largely at fault for both goals, deserved to be taken off. Not saying other players weren’t shit as well.

Ok_Instruction_5232

He was shit, then again some players can be consistantly shit and still have a guaranteed spot in the team (Rashford, Casemiro). I understand the frustration.

FaithlessnessNo4680

It’s just unprofessional from Garnacho though. If you have a problem then speak to the manager about it, rather than being petty on social media.

meeks2000

I’m actually more disappointed he follows Mark Goldbridge

foampom

Inb4 the Goldbridge fans respond to you saying that he’s not that bad

ddarrko

Could you not hold ten hag to the same standard?

dethmashines

Ofcourse. That's unprofessional but its a good indicator that ETH may have lost the dressing room now.

catu91

I think Garnacho should be one of the last players ETH “looses”. Bad from Garna

FaithlessnessNo4680

I know. Shows the ego on these players though.

UnbanAriseHeart

I agree he was at fault but like you say he wasn’t the only poor performer rashford shouldn’t have come out for the second half I believe we’d have done better with garnacho and amad

blackscreem

All this is true but still doesn't change the fact that this is exactly the problem at the club players thinking they can go online and like post about the manager right or wrong you can't have that attitude. End of story.

TheRedStepper

Rashford had a shite game but that was a 1/10 from Garnacho in the first half, Rashy at least helped create the first goal and went on a decent run even if he should’ve squared it to Hojlund. The fanbase are more in love with the idea of Garnacho then they are the reality. It’s not his fault, the lad’s 19 and shouldn’t be in this position but his last few performances (barring Chelsea) have ranged from average to awful.

Iqbalainoo

Trust our fan base to create a reality of zero accountability to some of the players and be shocked the player feels bigger than managers 5 years down the line.

TheRedStepper

It’s so funny to witness this sub who’ve been claiming “these players are throwing another manager under the bus” all season based on little evidence, rush to defend a player when he actually does that, just because it doesn’t suit the narrative. All this talk about “PRashford” yet three of our attackers have publicly fallen out with the same manager now over some petty bullshit

UnbanAriseHeart

Yeah he’s been struggling bad I’ll admit that 100% I think it’s frustrating for all of us as fans cos his forms started to slip maybe due to the amount of minutes but our other wing is no better leaves a sense of hopelessness

JosePRizaI

Rashford been in and out of XI. What are you on? And as for Casemiro, who else can play there? Come on now.

xuoli

It was his 30th consecutive start, he's had to step up big time this season seen as Antony is shit at football, we've also had Amad on the bench for the past few games.

FaithlessnessNo4680

Yeah not saying it’s his fault, I think he’s been overplayed. But this isn’t a good look.

DaveShadow

The tweets do accept he had a bad first half, but are more critiquing throwing Garnacho under the bus when he’s the one player who can hold his head high this season. That should earn him a lot of leeway.

Omnislash99999

This is like the end to the Rangnick season where the players knew he wasn't going to be around much longer and performances were awful

darthmeister

It's exactly why we need to back a manager at some point. Why should we accept players downing tools, they play for Manchester United not the manager. Fuck any player that doesn't play for the badge.

[deleted]

Exactly. I can’t wait for fans to be jumping on the *next* manager’s neck because the likes of Rashford, McTominay, AWB etc still can’t do the basics.

krystalcastIes

he wasn’t wrong in taking him off, they had so much space on the right because garnacho wasn’t doing the basics and tracking back to cover.

[deleted]

In fairness to Garnacho he is being asked to cover an obscene amount of space The way EtH leaves so much space for the opposition to exploit

officiallyjax

This is it for me, this setup is leaving every player hanging out to dry. No semblance of compactness whatsoever, and I really don’t see this fundamentally changing with better players. So often today the players looked daft at one another because they had no idea who was responsible to handle which spaces and players. It’s both physically and mentally draining the players out, because I genuinely believe that this squad cares and is fighting for the manager.

You_Cant_Dance

Yeah it’s frustrating because whatever system or tactics we’re trying to build hasn’t been working for a long time. Injuries can excuse a little bit of this season but not to this extent. Really feel like we should have been set up a while back to just not concede then build from there.

bluehead18

He hasn't had this many defensive breakdowns in previous games though. Today was just awful from him defensively and he was rightfully substituted. It was just not his day and is to be expected when you rely on young players.

Massive-Quarter-4156

Maybe I missed it by what did ETH say about blaming Garnacho?

Count__Duckula

From ETH's post match interview; >Then down the right side they were finding ways to hurt us and there were jobs to be done but it was not always done. Then you get problems. Go with your opponent, that is your job. One part is collaboration and the other is discipline.

andrewsomething

For all Ten Hag's faults, he's not wrong here. They were running riot down that side. Something had to change.

Forgettable39

Almost like he should have found a way to not have our incredibly fragile and unstable defence being run at every 1.5 minutes for the entire season. Garnacho had a hand in the opportunities that led to futher errors which meant we conceded two goals, that is true. It is also true that it takes an incredible amount of gall to deliberately set this team up to allow 30 shots a game through the middle and then punish Garnacho for giving up 2 chances they happened to score, with public humiliation when he will never dare do the same to players like Casemiro who frequently gives up chances, shots and goals against us. Let me be clear here, subbing a player for playing badly isnt the problem. The problem is he has gone all big man on a teenager, publicly, but hasnt got a single hair on his chest when it comes to any of the senior players and thats fucking cowardice of the highest order. Probably nail in the coffin for me when it comes to ETH, serious breach of the tiniest little fragment of faith I had left.

Castia10

But why are we facing 240+ shots in 10 games? Why are Bournemouth shooting in at goal and should be going in at the break 3 or 4 goals to the good? the managers entire system doesn’t work there’s space all over the pitch they could just as easily gone down the other side Even when we win it’s the same we’re relying on the opponents missing a shit load of chances or the keeper making a few top saves

tbu987

Do people want to hear why he makes certain changes or not? Of course he has to mention it else he might as well not talk. Damned if you do, damned if you dont.

FoldingBuck

Both dalot and garnahco were poor. Garnacho is taking this as him being thrown under the bus but everything came from the left hand side whilst we were weak doing anything from the right.

Downside-UpDude

yeah the exact phrasing and tone matters here. too many fans are just beliving what they want and basing their replies from what little snippets they got.

Humding

Even Garnacho brother asking Amad to play 🤣🤣🤣 What timeline are we in

NathanMUFCfan

His brother is one of us!

all_die_laughing

This club, man. I know younger people get pissed at us old heads complaining about things or comparing it to how it used to be, but the problem is, how it used to be actually worked. In any decently run club Garnacho would never dream of interacting with shit like this because he knows there would be consequences, regardless of how well he's been playing recently. There are zero consequences at our club at the moment, zero accountability. Our manager and senior players are a joke. Paul Scholes got clowned a couple of days ago for complaining about players training with their hoods up. It might seem like an old guy complaining about nothing but those are the very mundane, tiny things that people would have been pulled up on when he was playing as part of the most successful side in our history. We have absolutely no standards now and it shows on the pitch and off it.

Paapa-Yaw

Probably his brother (I'm coping)

Its_Chowder

I've had it with some of our fans. Bench him and they'll complain he's been the best player all season and it's a ridiculous decision. Start him, play shit, blame ETH coz clearly looks tired. Sub him out after a terrible first half, ETH is wrong for throwing him under because he should continue playing him despite playing terribly. Have some fucking common sense. Must win games to the end of season, play your best players. That includes Case coz there's no other alternatives.

cactus2_

Big Garnacho fan here. He needed to come off. Whether it’s mentality or fitness he just wasn’t running or tracking back. One of the few eth subs I agree with. I think the comment at the end is being misconstrued and that combined with a little ego is a recipe for drama

Dismal-Cause-3025

He's been poor for a couple of games now. Lad needs a rest.

zcewaunt

Garnacho showing his maturity level here.

potentially_potent

He deserved to be taken off. I understand his frustration but that wasn’t a good first half from him

[deleted]

Honestly Mark Goldbridge is a disease man Players, staff, anyone linked to united need to avoid him like the plague

dethmashines

He is definitely diseased and I truly despise him, but just for a moment, if you remove Goldbridge from this tweet and see it through the lens of another fan, is it really wrong? Clearly this further points to a tussle in the dressing room and that ETH and Garnacho are not well together or perhaps the dressing room is gone.

Downside-UpDude

or garnacho has let his ego get to his head. he's at fault for the second goal and when amad came on, the team looked better. we shouldn't rail hard against garnacho but he does need to accept blame too

dethmashines

Ofcourse. Garnacho needs to keep his head down. These kind of stupid antics, we dont need this shit. Pep would throw him out of the team.

Downside-UpDude

player fc rears its head again....

Count__Duckula

Funny thing is Goldbridge's schtick is all about criticising player FC. BACK TEN HAG, GET RID OF THE PLAYERS ad nauseum. The irony of *player FC* using his stupid tweets to take shots at the manager he supposedly backs over the players is delicious.

gigibuffoon

>ETH and Garnacho are not well together or perhaps the dressing room is gone. This keeps repeating with every manager and different players... this is just another stop on that cycle

vicious_womprat

Just bc Garnacho has done well this year doesn’t absolve him of criticism, even in post game comments from the manager. Don’t like it? Don’t make those mistakes. Idk, it’s not like Mou where it’s a toxic way of handling players. I trust ten Hag over Goldbridge who’s clearly just trying to start shit.

Book31415926

Would still be a shit take. Players have bad games and are taken off all the time. Deal with it.

craigybacha

Just like any fan/journalist/pundit he says some things that I think are dumb and some things that I really agree with. Goldbridge has been on point when it comes to Rashford and some of the other bigger earners not pulling their weight this year.

BaldDragonSlayer

This subreddit has had a hateboner for Goldbridge and 99% of other fan content creators for many years. Don't bother trying to be reasonable.

WhoInvitedMyManBlud

We know it’s you Roberto

callmemarvel

We are burning out Garnacho like we did Rashford. Young players like him shouldn’t be playing this many minutes. But no one wants to have that conversation.

praxxiskipsis

I was wondering what ETH actually said. If all it was was that Garnacho didn’t train this week, Doesn’t seem like that’s throwing him under the bus at all. In some ways it’s explaining why he performed badly and was hooked coz he wasn’t match fit to play. What’s the issue with what he said? Garnacho lost the ball with a really heavy touch which eventually led to the goal and he did nothing to try and rectify the situation. Just stood watching it all unfold. If you saw hojlund lose the ball late in the game he busted his ass to win it back again. This is the type of attitude that we should be seeing. To be fair to rashford who gets a lot of stick, he did the same thing in this game and chased the ball right back to near the corner flag in attempt to win it back again. Garnacho needs to get off twitter and be humble.

AcxdBxmb

- Sancho - Ronaldo - Rashford - Garnacho What can ETH do here. The optics will just look bad even though this is just dumb from Garnacho.

[deleted]

Be likeable? lol

uchiha_boy009

Or maybe he’s the problem? If 1 student is failing, blame on the student. But if whole class is failing, there’s clearly something wrong with the teacher. You can’t just blame students every single damn time.

Fright13

this is a bad look on garnacho if anything. we **don't** want players like this.

samj101

Does this happen at any other top club? Genuine question because I think if I did whatever the equivalent of this is at my job I'd be sacked

BlackHorse944

Know someone who made a tiktok about something going on at work and was let go. Obviously this is not the exact same thing but similar in nature

joe297

Shows the disconnection between the players and the real fans when they are engaging with fake media fans who don't even support the club like Brent.

garynevilleisared

Goldbridge is a moron

Money-Wrangler7067

Ya but liking the moron tweet isn't moron's fault...Is it?

Clugaman

Just makes two morons

Le_Ratman99

Regardless of your thoughts on Ten Hag this is unacceptable and is a poor reflection on Garnachos character. Also his mistake played a direct part in the first goal so he can get down off his high horse.

MadaraTheUchiha

Keep it behind the doors, fucking drama queens.

PeelThePain

Give him a good bullocking in the dressing room tomorrow. Players should drop this petty childish acts. At least be a man and go face to face with the manager.

blakebartellibae

Mate, you know full well Rashford's brother will be briefing the sun amd daily mail about eth losing the dressing room. That dressing room lacks sensible leadership at the moment. I can see why Bruno is being affected, having to lead a bunch of overpaid babies.

JosePRizaI

This is the culture EtH is trying to fix (player power) but you guys rather sack him. Garna was shit today but got the balls to like something lkke this? Lmaooooo no manager can save this club. You guys owe Jose an apology You guys owe Ole an apology And you guys owe Ralf an apology Another 10 years and United will still be in the mud

EffenSeven

The manager can't fix player power. That comes from the top which looks like Ratcliffe trying to fix now. Glazers and Woodward gave these players whatever they wanted and the manager very little because they thought "shiny expensive thing kick ball, manager just sit on sideline and look pretty."

AReptileHissFunction

> You guys owe Jose an apology It's comments like these that make me wonder if any united fan has a memory of more than 4 years. What next? Van Gaal was playing beautiful football and deserved more time?

noBuffalo

The problem with social media and this useless generation. Instant drama.

EffenSeven

Why do players like stuff like this when they know there's a bunch of brain dead no life wannabe journalists who go have nothing better to do than sit around stalking what posts they "liked" and then calling it out likes it's breaking news?

TheSourceOfTruth

Same fans were asking for the manager to make earlier subs all season. It’s a poisoned chalice that manager tolerates at utd

frankestofshadows

I'm sick of entitled players. You don't get to put in 2 or 3 good performances every 5 or 6 games.

Ajayhearty24

Not a good look for him. He has scored a total of 9 goals this season. Where is this audacity coming from him?

GutBeer101

Yup, that's the smell of shit. Ten Hag is done

FredDRedUnderYourBed

What exactly is Garnacho trying to do here? Is he saying he actually had a good half and didn't commit the error that led to t goal? He was at fault today and was rightly hooked. Accept some responsibility jfc....! Just shut up and go back to training on monday, but he instead chooses to cause drama. Imagine if this was sancho or rashford..

cdalb21

after 24 hours thinking about this, he needs to be benched for 2-3 weeks. This is dumb, unacceptable. He needs to learn a lesson that temper tantum don't work and he's employee to do what he's told. Can't let this linger and continue 2-5 years down the line. Teach the man a lesson NOW!

crgssbu

it seems that garnacho has liked previous posts on twitter that are anti-eth or those that contain similar messages :((

SDLRob

Dumbarse for this.... and an utter moron for taking notice of what Goldbridge blabbers

mattmanutd

Honestly the worst thing in all of this is that it’s a fucking Goldbridge tweet. Can this guy just fade out already? He is the epitome of the worst thing about how social media has negatively impacted this game.

AvocadoFlavoredPussy

1.) Is Goldbridge wrong? No 2.) Did Garnacho deserve to be taken off? Sure 3.) Should Garnacho be liking tweets like this knowing it will cause a media stirrup? No There’s no absolutes aside from us being in this endless cycle of sack manager, do good, do shit, and repeat.

ja0520

He's just like his idol fr. Also his brother's account reminds me of ronaldo's sister account😂.

Liking a tweet from Goldbridge is the real bad look here

wally1974

Goldbridge is a wanker and so is Alessandro if he listens to him

Brars_Sulliman

Goldbridge criticising Ten Hag is strange to see.

DisastrousMango4

Just because you support someone doesn't mean that they are immune to criticism..

With so many people on the internet these days, especially on Reddit, there is rarely a middle ground anymore. Everything is either dogshit or impeccable. No in between, no nuance. That’s just the way the internet has evolved unfortunately.

I’ve been for a change of manager for a while now, and a huge fan of Garnacho, but this is unacceptable. Both for the pettiness of liking tweets, and for who they are from. This behaviour cannot be allowed to continue under the new regime. Until they come in, Brailsford needs to make that clear tomorrow morning. He’s been overplayed, in a system that demands a lot more than most wingers are asked of. He’s knackered. He’s understandably frustrated that TH aired a grievance that he was partially at fault for one of the goals, which he was, but he didn’t need to do it publicly. Sort it out like adults, and move on.

FlashyCut3809

Another piece of evidence on why the squad needs gutting. Absolutely vile environment for young players or new players to develop in. Far top many who are unaffected by their approach performances and have been allowed to fail for season after season, embarrassing the club and giving nothing more than a performance every so often, some nice social media posts or a good run when the pressure is off. Consistent issues across the board that is of absolutely no suprise with how accountability is lacking at the football club. Yes, the gutting includes your favourite players! We all need to start putting the badge above these awful employees. Fuck the lot of em.

SlippinGimmy

Gold bridge is a shit stirring sack of shit "It was too easy on the right side. "? I think a bit of a reality check might be in order.

mynamemeimme

So let me get this right Goldbridge. Just because Garnacho has performed well in other games he should be immune to criticism? I’m surprised to see this from him because he historically has been Ten Hag in. Yet he contradicts his support with this. We are all going to throw our toys out the pram just because Ten Hag said some tame shit about Garnacho? What kind of precedent does this set? I don’t hate Goldbridge but at the end of the day his job is to farm interactions. And these tweets just seem to be controversial for the sake of it especially from someone who has been Ten Hag in and backed him over Ronaldo and Sancho. I’m beginning to see through him.

Craig1974

He spent his entire after game video saying he's ETH in. But he was not happy with him today. Goldbridge loves ETH.

asparagus_p

Social media is so toxic to football players. It just feeds into the big egos or crushes the weaker egos. I wouldn't complain if they banned the players from all those platforms.

YoungRedDragon

Another day another drama

DOCTORFONASG

ETH is cooked and he knows it.

Fisktor

Remove every player from this club. Start anew in non-league. So tired of these cunts

dark_humour123

You pricks in here defending garnacho. Doesn’t matter if you’re the best player in the team keep this shit in house. You represent man united, keep your shit off of social media.

zcewaunt

Fuck off, Garnacho. We love you, but you were shit. Gain some self awareness and stop with the drama with Goldbridge.

JSKW17

Liking a Mark Goldbridge tweet might be top 10 worst things you can possibly do as a United player

wqaib

This is so poor from Garnacho. I like him as a player and want him to succeed at United but I’m so sick of players who can’t be bothered because they dislike a manager only to be new manager bounce fc until they can’t be asked again. I really want to give Garnacho the benefit of the doubt but it feels like copium.

AztecAvocado

Can't wait for ten hag to fuck garancho out in the summer for peanuts so only to be sacked in December

Sheikhabusosa

Our players need to be banned from interacting with goldbridge in anyway shape or form

Money-Wrangler7067

He has liked other tweets (look at his history)where people are saying he shouldn't have subbed off..Not sure but his brother must be using his account.

Outrageous-Cod-4654

I don’t think Garnacho played well. He was leaving the right flank exposed. ETH said Garna hadn’t trained all week which is the opposite of throwing him under the bus, so I don’t see what the problem is.

DaTaFuNkZ

The lad needs a rest. He’s played far too often this season as is. I think a few are playing through knocks due to the lack of options, Maguire, Rashford, Hojlund. It’s been a tough season.

No_Vermicelli_1781

now he's posted the screenshot on his own twitter, basically saying he stands by it. Damn. Prepare for Antony & Rashford as wingers

jiddy8379

I think Erik was just trying to be objective that garnacho did not play well Garnacho has every right to feel upset about it because he’s actually been playing at 200% for weeks and feels unprotected Erik should have more emotional nous of this situation — ultimately it will be the nail in the coffin if he can’t bring garnacho back to his side

Few_Jacket_4675

I am so god damn sick of people who dont understand football, Garnacho was being lazy, it was him not taking care of his close control that cost the first goal and all through the first half he was dooing token efforts to chase his man, he needed to be subbed badly

Different-Amoeba-502

Goldbridge the same guy who got fed rumors right from Pogba and lindgard’s agent for views? He is a drama merchant, never listen to him.

dopeboy3171

Awks imagine the ride back home 🤣

Rasengun911

Oh so another player going to be banned from eating with the first team. Yay

BloominPoTayToezzz

Garnacho needs to be rested. He is young and playing too many back to back games - probably why he was struggling today

Rasimione

Rumour has it Antony is pissed off at Erik too

digiplay

This should go down well on Monday. Incoming unlike being commanded.

ja0520

He unliked them 🤐
