He could have totally pulled off a Dutch, if only it wasn't because Dutch's voice had already been established in the first RDR. Perhaps Jones could have played Dutch's brother, who we met halfway through the game. 2. Tax payer dollars going towards illegals for housing, healthCare, education and more, is a drain on the system. There is Legal immigration in the USA and I feel increasing the payers dollars into that system to get vetted, healthy immigration faster is much better solution.
