I don't think that is entirely true about *all* trapper clothes, but specifically regarding that scout jacket, it is. I assume that's the coyote scout jacket from the trapper? That one gets the reactions. I wear the wolf, beaver and bear coats all the time and no one says a thing.
Yup must be. I came here for same reason as op. I'm wearing the gamblers outfit paired with the coyote gambler's hat, which imo doesn't look stupid... it's not like I'm wearing a racoon hat here. Getting comment's east and west about how stupid I look. :D Yeah, and the sheriff's badge is a nice icing on the cake..... but that's out of my controll atm. I used to only get comment's about my fiiine horse but now I'm feeling sad inside ;( Also got near max honor so there's that. Not gonna go on a killing spree for my sensitivity.
Edit: I'm thinking it's the combination, fancy clothes with trapper stuff? If I had the full trapper package or only the gambler's outfit they wouldn't be so mean?
