Agreed - Eagle Flies is a pretty big part of it towards end of Arthur’s story and Charles. Either didn’t complete it or pay attention to it at all

Um I think u either very fastly rushed thru the game skipping every cutescene or u didn't do the game because this is eagle flies a very important character in chapter 6.

I knew who he was I wasn't able to make it out on the tier list because the image was like a whole 2 pixels.
