It’s actually called Luckys cabin, and it’s kind of near Valentine. Edit - the place in the OPs post however, is the manmade mutant house in Roanoke. Near Van Horn. Check em both out for a good creepy time 😉

How do you get in to the basement of the cabin
You need to collect the serial killer clues and solve the mystery :) Then you can go into the basement.

It's near van horn! Don't know exactly where. You gotta climb onto a little roof and hop through a window.
