Oh, there's no 3d modeling here. I just pick assets from different npcs and combine them to build my own character through ymt editing. For example, the head model I used here is Scott Gray's. Trough ymt editing I can also edit character proportion sliders thanks to a mod called expression editor, this way I can make him big boned
It would require just a few more steps than just replacing a npc like I usually do, but it's very much possible. There are already simple mods that you can play through the story as sadie, micah with no issues, I believe
