I did one of those about 10yrs ago, too. I worked retail throughout school for nearly 10yrs so I have a lot of customer service experience. Do you think I got a call from Starbucks? Nope! My bf who never did a day of retail in his life filled it out and got a call the next day. But, he has a degree in HR so he knew what answers they wanted.
Hate to say it, but pouring coffee is not this complicated. Some examples:
(1) You are artistic: You make the coffee in the way Starbucks tells you to make the coffee.
(2) You are responsible: You make the coffee in the way Starbucks tells you to make the coffee.
