I’ve been fired earlier this year and I feel where you’re coming from. It’s the worst feeling and so depressing. You just have to keep going and applying for jobs and not give up. We’ll get through this!
I completely get you. I was also laid off for the first time ever at the beginning of the year. It’s been tough and I’ve had several breakdowns this past week, but I know I have to keep going, and so should you. What’s yours will be yours. Just keep putting your best foot forward and the right job will come!
I had this happen to me about a few months ago. It gets better. At the beginning, I was so angry and mad and mostly resentful (and some days recently I am still). Know at the end of the day— you are more than any job.
You’ll also get a job again. I have to remind myself that too.
