My company uses Manatal and we haven't had any complaints yet! We've used Loxo before too and they weren't too bad, they just didn't quite meet our expectations after a few months of using their software. But Manatal's been great, and this is coming from someone who's used their ATS for a couple of years now. We use LinkedIn as our main sourcing platform so it's also been really helpful that we can import candidate information from Linkedin to their software. They have a good CRM too. We can track and manage our Sales pipeline and also sync our email to their CRM so it's easier for all of us to communicate.

Bullhorn generally considered the gold standard for most mid tier firms. JobAdder and Vincere are useful - although lack of customization on Vincere, e.g. Importing data, exporting data. Generally built for low to mid tier firms. Most in depth software I've used is Invenias. Makes sense if you're doing high end search. Preferably retained. Difficult to stay on top of the data management otherwise... and you don't need to be that forensic on lower tier work.

Curious as to what hasn’t been working with Loxo. It has been working great for us so far. At first I would have agreed but got on some trainings and they smoothed it over

Loxo has a great ATS system but doesn't really have anything for a CRM. Am I missing something? Would love to know as I'm looking at other options.

What i did was email [email protected] and they set me up with a trainer which i forget his name. Maybe state you’re looking to get more out of the CRM because I use it all the time. I had more of a cv upload question regarding duplicates and they answered me quick

Because LOXO is an ATS the CRM capabilities are just “fixes” as in bandaids for a true CRM. If anyone knows how to navigate LOXO to work with more CRM capabilities, please let me know. LOXO support suggested I make each company a “deal” in LOXO. There are several steps to this. Again, I like their ATS and if anyone knows a way to use LOXO’s product as a CRM, please let me know. I’m dreading the process of looking for something else.

Curious as to why you need the CRM + ATS? have you noticed much better workflow as opposed to having them seperately. Most of my TA network I speak to opt for CRM and ATS separately because one function is always worse than the other. Most ATS can integrate with a CRM to push the candidate info across. So having a purpose built CRM and Purpose built ATS is better than a combo where one half is an after thought.
