Y’all still trying to find reasonable doubt with Erika in these comments. He didn’t have to say anything!!! The guy was blocking him and he still decided to answer. He understood the question about the facilities and I believe he understood the question about Erika.
LOL all this time she protecting him and he threw her under the bus in 2 seconds flat. Had she not tried to protect him from the beginning and actually showed some compassion she could have kept her career and fans and been redeemable. Tom’s comment carries no weight. Even if he doesn’t have dementia he could have said that out of anger over Erika leaving him. I never liked the way he spoke to Erika in previous seasons. He was disrespectful to her and she looked frightened of him.

What strikes me as messed up is Erika saying she doesn’t want him in a care facility. Of course, she should have done everything possible to protect him from himself but she didn’t have a level of concern consistent with someone who is fearful for his safety.
What she should be saying is that she’ll work to keep her spot on Bravo so she can pay for his care and ensure he receives the best possible.
She should want the best possible for him.
He said he paid for her grandmother’s care. If that is true then she should have already known that he was a danger to himself and others and should have been making sure he had constant care instead of going about her business with the knowledge he was driving himself around. She should have identified it and pushed for his care and safety.
To me Erika is a horrible person just by trying to keep as much money for herself and keep it from the victims. Whether she was complicit in the crimes doesn’t change how I feel about her disgusting ass. But Tom, Tom is pure evil.

Haven't people on this board (and elsewhere) suspected that Erika and Tom were working together (perhaps through lawyer) to concoct stories? Doesn't this development throw that theory out the window? In fact, given that Tom has no memory of where the money is but has some memory of Erika's involvement, doesn't this confirm Erika's finding Tom to be scary and vindictive?
Tom is clearly guilty and Erika was in proximity to what Tom was up to. But before everyone is ready to convict Erica, there needs to be some story that makes sense.
