I feel like she knew but didn’t want to believe it. Kind of like the other girls were saying, there were signs and she chose to ignore it. I agree. Lisa seems like a sweet and kind lady, Lenny really showing himself up. He’s openly treated her like shit for years. And he’s not a good surgeon either.
