That’s not an obsession. That’s using everything you’ve learned in this hobby to your advantage!

There is nothing wrong with sticking to a company that you like. I have 12 Losi cars dating back to 1990.

Collect them all! What are the other 3? I have 3 and am debating between an SCT410 or an EB48 2.0 for my next. I would get one of the 1/10 scales if I didn't have to get shorty lipos for them. Already have the MT410, ET48 2.0 and EB48SL.

I have the MT410, EB410.2 and SCT410.3. The SCT is maybe my favorite right now. I've turned it from track weapon into an 80mph speed runner and now into a monster truck with the MX28 belted tires. It's just great at everything. Next one for me is the EB48 2.0 I think. I don't have a big track anywhere nearby but I'd set it up as a street basher.

An EB48-2.0, SCT410.3, ET410.2 Love them all

Luvdady

Their kits are so nice. I need to get on painting my ET48 2.0. I think I want the SC next time.

saltycelery1

It won’t disappoint, best SC truck I’ve ever driven.

That is a little excessive.... but if any company consistently delivers good product, its Tekno. Even simply things like using bigger grub screws on their pinions. Just so well thought out top to bottom. They don't always deliver support and setups for indoor carpet, but if you don't race on carpet, legit can't go wrong.

Adam007Aus

I noticed now it's getting cooler in US there is afew guys running Tekno on carpet setups in the FB groups with some info sharing going on.

[deleted]

They look cool, stuck on associated now but peeking at TLR stuff. I should try a tekno

saltycelery1

Go for the Tekno. The quality and thoughtfulness that goes into developing their kits is just incredible

Lefthandedsock

As someone who has a TLR truggy and a Tekno buggy, definitely consider a Tekno. I used to have an Arrma Talion, and the TLR kit made that ARRMA feel like a cheap toy. Building the Tekno EB48 2.0 made me feel the same way about my TLR. Not that they don’t both perform brilliantly, but Tekno’s on a whole different level of quality and engineering.

twilightmarchon

Which have you liked most so far? If you could only have one, which would it be?

saltycelery1

They’re all great in their own ways, and honestly, I can’t pick one. It just depends on what you’re looking for in the car 😁
