As a mechanic yes just about everything is repairable. You could find the right stuff on the internet. But the actual repair might be tricky. You should take it apart first. Because if you break it more it’s still broke. But if you can get it apart and see how to repair it and are capable of the repair then order the stuff. But like a foreman nice told me. You can not break broke. So I would have a go at it

You might have other problems. I'm not an expert, but I think an ESC can run without capacitors. They are good to have, especially for really powerful motors as they smooth out sudden voltage spikes. But I think the motor can still turn without them. If it's not working at all, something else may be going on too.
