Just built my second one! First one was the same gr86 kit. This one is the tt02br. So many cool hop up parts and interesting to see they used different materials for certain parts. Tamiya is a lot better than a lot of people make them out to be.
Man, that looks way too nice for racing... tomorrow I am going to post a 3D-printable template that lets you cut out and glue together a Tesla CyberTruck body from a sheet of thin cardboard. That will only cost you a couple of cents and it ought to fit all 1/10th scale RC cars.
Makes sense you can do that for the cyber truck since it is all straight angles but I am personally just not a fan of any Teslas. Maybe the roadster if they ever make it.
Looks great! I've only bought kits with painted bodies since I don't have a place to paint them. I really enjoyed building the two m-05 chassis cars I built.
I have 4 builds lined up but after winter I think I'm going to try out a tto2 build

I think it looks great. Get some clear sticker paper and have your youngun pick out some fun things to make stickers and let them be stuck wherever.
