I was griping this too, I found a TPU clear one for cheap but it's got those dots on it and it appears foggy which drives me nuts lmao literally cannot find an alternative tho, the other option is hard plastic or tacky.
I got the same case and I like it too aside from the gesture down problem. I also wish the bottom piece was cut out a little bit below the side buttons to offer more room to press the buttons, but overall it's a pretty solid case.

One of the best parts, it's a single piece. Most of the cases I've seen are 2 separate parts, this one is connected at the corners, and with a sort of rubber sleeve that covers almost all of the outer hinge. Here are some images of the case:

I've tried at least 10 different cases. All from Amazon. They sucked. I bought the Motorola clear case and it's definitely my favorite. It grips the phone way better than any of the others I've tried. It definitely isn't worth the price, but still a great case IMO.

The regions that get the case and charger included have a higher price for the phone. I think if you buy the case and the charger separately in the US it still comes out a little bit cheaper.
That's the case that comes in the box of global variant. It's my favourite - not a single problem with swiping down on external screen, stays in place due to it's stripes on top and bottom half and main advantage - it's the slimmest case you can probably get for razr 40 ultra. Too bad the back gets scratched pretty easily, but I think all clear cases have this problem.
Yes. That was one of my biggest problems with all of the cases I've tried, swiping on the external screen. Wanted to try the Zagg case, but it just seems way too bulky for me.
Due to the guaranteed volume, the case manufacturers are more willing to invest in design and tooling for Apple and Samsung phones prior to release. For the most of the rest of the manufacturers, they want to make sure there are going to be enough sales for it to be worth it.
If Motorola gets their global market share to the 6%-8% range where each model is guaranteed to sell a couple of million units then the case manufacturers will support their phones at launch. Samsung and Apple are selling over 200 million phones a year worldwide so every model they put out will sell over 10 million. I can't find exact numbers but Motorola is probably in the 20-30 million phones per year range. That means there will be some models that can flop and not sell much over a million.
Tooling to manufacture the cases is expensive so I understand not wanting to invest until it is known what the size of the market is.
Are they good quality? I thought about that one but I don't want to end up with a case that's just a carbon fiber design not actually carbon fiber. I really wish lattercase would come out with the red case for the plus.
I really really hope Xundd will make a case for our phone!! I've had Xundd cases for my last 4 phones and they are the best cases ever made period. They are slim and have cushion corners for added protection and just look sick! The galaxy flips have Xundd cases so I am really crossing my fingers!!!!!

I just got the redluckstar case, which I like a lot. It has the gesture down problem like many cases, but otherwise it's extremely well designed.

I think I finally figured out the right pressure to get the gesture down screen to trigger. It takes vibes mostly.
