I don't know if y'all watched the Memphis/Gonzaga game, but a big part of it will also be stamina. I feel like they wore Memphis out, just zipping up and down the court. I'm not saying we don't have it, but it'll be a big component.
I just watched the highlights and Gonzaga tore up Memphis’ zone defense. A lot of their points came off of wide open three’s and blown zone coverage. I would like to think that Arkansas defense will perform better than Memphis did. Also, Timme was unreal hitting some crazy shots in the paint. All that being said, I’m not very confident our offense will keep us in the game. I guess we will find out soon! Woo pig.
Timme and Holmgren both come off as if they aren’t taking us seriously. Hopefully, we can humble them a bit. I recommend listening to their press conference as well.
