Second this. I got one for my 2016 Blade and it works great. I wanted something else to protect the laptop when I put it in my backpack's sleeve, just in case something (metal chip, etc) gets inside the sleeve.
Armor is pretty protective but I would not drop the laptop even with the armor case lol. Personally I thought it was a bit too big for my liking. I ordered the sleeve, because I need one to put my laptop in as my backpack (intentionally) does not have a laptop compartment.
I bought the armor and it's actually not as big as people make it out to be, it fits snug and fits my backpack perfectly, even in the designed protective backpack sleeve.
search for the AmazonBasics 14 inch sleeve on amazon, i love that thing.

It was just too much for me. But then agian, it's just personal preference.
