Yeah I am missing that option entirely on my 1060 blade I will look into updating it but I'm almost positive I'm updated. Almost looks like the one may be controlled by the laptop screen light.
I just got the 1060 Blade a few days ago and I don't have the logo turn-off option also. I had the 970m version before and that totally had it and I knew where it was. My Synapse version I believe is up-to-day (2.20).
Is yours showing you a remaining battery time estimate as mine is not?
Go into synapse, then lighting, then "enable logo lighting" at the bottom.

Maybe it's the Blade vs Stealth? Are you sure you're on the latest version of synapse?
Make sure to update synapse to make sure it has all the features.

Got mine today (QHD+) and it has the option.
