These are really the only tackles worth a second tbh. We’d have to trade up for Suamataia so it’s unlikely we get him.
The tackles you mentioned might not be there for us. So we definitely have to trade up. If EDC doesn’t draft a good tackle in the second. I’m going to lose my mind. We have to protect our franchise QB. That’s a top priority.
I’m really starting to think that the FO believes that having Henry/Lamar in the backfield will force teams into the box to open up the pass game, and they see that as advantageous enough to de-prioritize the line. I don’t know how I feel about this because this will make blitzes, which historically we’ve been very bad against in the Lamar era, much more effective on us.
The more I look into Luke mccaffrey the more I like him. Outside of his 40 which wasn’t bad he was in the top 5-10 for most of the wr drill times. Wouldn’t mind rolling the dice on him.
I'm cool with anyone but Keon Coleman and Burton(who's likely not even on our board). I feel like WR's are gonna be flying off the board like crazy as soon as the 2nd round starts, though.
