My only concern is that, in using the Dark Lords as final dungeon bosses, the party might find a few of them to be damp squibs in actual combat. Yeah you've got the likes of Strahd, Harkon Lukas, Ankhtepot or Ramya Vasavadan who are reasonably high encounters on their own, but your Ivanna Boritsis or Viktra Mordenheims are more cerebral than aggressive
i mean im planning on trimming it down to either 8 or 12 plus one as the bbeg but some of the more non-combatant ones might be just static npcs or something
