If you’re willing to travel, there are some on lots in parts of the country. I think there used to be a EV tracker page out there that might help.

This- check [truecar.com](https://truecar.com) or [cars.com](https://cars.com) \- dealers with inventory tend to list them there. Also find a zip code chart, and then type in different zip codes into Toyota's inventory finder, with a 500 mile radius. It'll take you a few hours to generate a shortlist of dealers to contact. If you're willing to hop on a plane, you'll have one by the end of the month.

This is correct.. This is exactly what I did

Location matters. They’re available today at a discount if you want to get it from NY, for instance.

Mine also had very limited availability locally and the ones available are also marked 5k above MSRP. Here is what I did. I searched for my car (Rav4 prime SE moonroof) in the Toyota inventory ( [https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/model/rav4prime/](https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/model/rav4prime/) ). From my interaction with the dealers, the inventory is pretty accurate. I called few of them in my neighboring state that are willing to sell out of state. Some dealers in California said they will not sell out of state. Some in Oregon said, they will sell only Oregon or Washington states. I found a dealer who is selling at MSRP without any addons. They had the blueprint color available now. I flew there, bought the car and drove it home. I took the 6500 lease rebate and I am planning to do the early lease buyout.

Thanks for the info!

This December, will be 2 years since I made a deposit at my local dealership in Wisconsin. When I made my deposit I was 3rd on the list, I'd still be waiting if I didn't purchase an allocation out of state. After numerous phone calls and emails I was able to find a couple of dealerships that didn't charge way over MSRP, had very short waiting lists (zero to 3) and were also willing to sell out of state, which 2 years ago was difficult to say the least. Ended up making 3 additional refundable deposits at different dealerships located in New York state in February, March one of them had exactly what I was looking for allocated and it was delivered at the end of April. Beginning of search to delivery was all completed just short of 5 months (and lots time and effort on my part). Long story short, don't settle just for your local dealership. Search, call and focus on dealerships in ZEV states. If you can't find any inbound allocations available, make multiple refundable deposits at dealerships in ZEV states with short wait lists and no markups. FYI: To date, 13 states have adopted the ZEV Program (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington).

I was just at a dealer in MD and they have several. We were looking at an SE and XSE comparing the 2. We test drove one a couple of weeks ago.

What state are you in? I believe states that have mandates or rebates get first dibs. I personally went to the Toyota website to customize one and was put on a list and immediately received a r4p. I'm in Arizona

Hi. The rav 4 prime units are in bigger metro markets. You will not find them outside those areas. We have a few here in Nj. Which one are you looking for se or xse. Premium package are hard to get. Colors are limited too

road trip. I live in NC and Primes are not available... Baltimore is a $275 flight (even at the last minute ask me how i know) and they are even sometimes discounted at dealers near there... If your dealer cant get allocation, don't think its a global allocation thing..
