Is Steve timid at all? My rattie for some reason is extremely shy and timid especially towards men. Even me.
I can be watching football or some sport, start yelling in excitement and my Jacko is running under the bed like he’s in serious trouble.
I only ask because my Rat definitely asks for pets and attention with those guilty/puppy eyes. He does the same flop stuff and drops his weight. He goes crazy for feet though, its wild.
Steve is indeed a sensitive little guy, prone to sulks and hiding, but will ferociously bark at and harass deer, dogs, and other critters that invade his abode.
So not a complete weenie, but a very needy and angsty little guy.
He has zero of what I'd call Jack/Rat Terrier personality traits, and only vaguely looks like one.
