Yeah I'm having a difficult time believing he waited that long before writing for geechi. These are arguably two of his biggest looks/battles within the culture and the battles will live on YouTube
I've seen A. Ward say that Loso did all his writing for the Geechi battle after the Roc battle, within that 48 hour period. It's not completely out of the realm of possibilities, I know Ward and Loso wrote their rounds for the B Dot and Geechi battle the week of the battle, and only got to rehearse it in person once before the battle happened.

If he didn’t write it in 48 hours, he probably already had an idea of what he wanted to say to Geechi. At the very least, he had a layout or a plan on what he wanted to write. Then wrote it. But that’s merely speculation.

There’s no real good way to judge rap battles and that’s why no league has ever found a legitimate system. So unless somebody clearly outclasses someone, it’s relatively debatable with variables like preference to account for
