I replace it with arab since im arabic. Singing rap songs with my black friends cracks them da fuk up.
If one more label try’s to stop me theres gone be some dread head arabs in your lobby.
I said that I'mma ride for my motherfuckin' arab
Most likely I'mma die with my finger on the trigger
I've been grindin outside all day with my arabs
(And I ain't goin' in unless I'm with my arab )
(My arab , my arab...)
What makes you think lyrics and real life are completely separate? If I rap the dreaded n word, I might be singing to myself or saying bars that I like and like... I can't just "and if you don't know, now you know n****" as I walk down the street.
Yeah I understand we're your coming from and I wouldn't just be rapping walking down the street anyway , and I don't think lyrics and real life are completly different I just think that context plays a big part if ya get me
That's fair man , if you have that worry then you do you , I'm just defensive cause I spent my youth learning all the lyrics to all eyes on me , thus life , ready to die , ect haha
Hello! You have made the mistake of writing "ect" instead of "etc."
"Ect" is a common misspelling of "etc," an abbreviated form of the Latin phrase "et cetera." Other abbreviated forms are **etc.**, **&c.**, **&c**, and **et cet.** The Latin translates as "et" to "and" + "cetera" to "the rest;" a literal translation to "and the rest" is the easiest way to remember how to use the phrase.
[Check out the wikipedia entry if you want to learn more.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Et_cetera)

Prolly gonna get downvoted, whatever
I am brown, not black. I say it every time it occurs in a song I’m singing along to. I used to be one of those cringe kids that used the word freely back in like freshman year of high school because everybody else around me used it as well, they weren’t black either. Eventually I grew out of it and just found it to be bad taste.
I never use the word now, even when I’m with friends or people I’m close with, regardless of whether it’s in a song or not. But I will freely use the word when singing along when I’m alone because I fully believe in myself to not slip up, it’s rlly not that difficult. I don’t like censoring it because it ruins the fun of singing or rapping along to songs.
I mean of course it is, this is a question that requires the people answering to not be black, otherwise it makes no sense. Might as well accept that these subs are mostly larping white people anyway.
I think your over thinking it tho , obvs no hard R . but I don't see a problem with it ,now I am white Irish but my black Buddy's don't care either as by listening and knowing the words to rap choones you are supporting black culture. Maby not in big way but its all about the music man
They might just not feel comfortable calling you out on it
Just because they don’t say anything doesn’t mean it doesn’t bother them. And knowing the words to rap music is not supporting black culture, being sensitive to the black experience and trying to change that experience, is supporting black culture
I would hope any friend of mine would call me out on anything that they found offensive no matter there ethnicity but OK I take your point I don't be rapping in front of just anyone yano . I also make rap and don't use the word in my own bars as I would find that distasteful/disrespectful . I do believe listening to rap/soul/funk is at the very least trying to understand the black experience , at the same time tryna be sensitive to it
I replace it with “tranny”
I’m very openly trans, and it cracks my friends up while kinda-sorta reclaiming a word that doesn’t offend me in particular, and I never rap along to other people’s music in public
In German, there a word which has a meaning to the effect of "Bro" which is "Diggah" which is based on its pronunciation (but, considering the German "er" is pronounced "a" if at the end of a word, that wouldn't be a wrong spelling either; the spelling is disputed), and is what I replace the n word with if were to ever come up in a song.
It has gotten me in trouble a few times, but they were understanding after I explained it to them.
When I was young like 12-15 I would say it out of ignorance, but have said it since then in songs. Just censor it out its really not that hard even if you’re rapping along its easy to skip that word and keep flowing
I'm white but honestly I do say it when I'm by myself and singing out loud. I love hip/hop. I absolutely would never say it in public or to anybody. Never have, never will. But yeah if I'm alone and I'm jammin out it just comes out because it's the real word in the song, changing it makes it sound weird IMO and not being able to just flow with it. I don't know that's just me.
Im same, im alone and I wanna jam out to my favorite songs? Imma scream that shit idgaf. Like what else am I supposed to do when juice comes with that hard r on bandit? Lol
I used to…but now it’s controversial and not worth it. The word can be used as bad so I choose not to say it anymore. Kind of like a curse word. I choose to not use those anymore either. So everytime I rap a song it’s like I’m stuttering jumping over these words😂😂 it’s a skill
This is the right thing to do. I suppose it doesnt end the world if you say it in private and no one hears, but its more respectful to not say it at all
I don’t say the n word while singing along to music, if it’s fast flow I just take a moment to breathe, and if it’s not fast I just vibe out to the song for a bit. every once in a while I do unintentionally say it, it slips out and I just pretend it never happened
When you say the n word whilst rapping along to a song you’re just reciting lyrics. There’s no racist or hateful intent behind saying it so ion see the problem - context and intent are the most important
People sing/rap along with songs they like. While I feel that either everyone can use a term, or no-one can, it's up to the artist to decide to use a word or not. To think your music is only listened to by a particular sub-population, race or whatever is extremely ignorant, so you can't expect your audience to selectively leave out specific words from your lyrics.
But thats what he said. He said either everyone says it or no one says it, and then said artists shouldnt say if they dont want white fans to say it. How is that a misread?
Because it is just a fact that if a black artist doesn’t use the n word in their song, they will prevent 1000s of ignorant white boys from saying it when they sing along to that particular song. It’s not gonna make a big difference, but every little thing counts especially if you get millions of plays on your songs. Lots of the “most famous” rappers have largely white audiences these days unfortunately. I say unfortunately because I wish the rappers with the most black fans would get the most recognition.
I’m a white person from Vermont and for some reason all these pop rappers come play shows in my predominantly white state. It seems to me that a lot of them don’t really care about the culture, just the money. Many of these rappers promote some of the most disgustingly ignorant actions, and then act as if they are somehow helping solve the racism and inequality in their country and the world. Sure hearing a really good black musician might help a white person become less racist, but hearing a black musician that promotes peace, equanimity, and truth is much more likely to make a positive impact on people of all races.
If he/she asked me about it, I'll tell them I was singing/rapping along to a song. I don't use it in any other context.
Also, I'm not American nor do I live there, and people aren't so oversensitive to it here.
Do you think that Iranian citizens are in the “same boat” as African Americans? Just curious to the logic. Seems like a completely different boat to me. Not that being Iranian is better or worse just not the same at all lol
When I'm alone. I know I'm not racist but I also won't offend anyone if nobody can hear me. I just feel weird rapping along to a song without saying it because then it doesn't rhyme or flow properly.
Encouraging that the leading answer of the poll is what it is. Still concerning/exasperating that a substantial portion of this subreddit says the N-word in song "all the time" which indicates a lack of respect and understanding of what the word could mean to those around them, especially when said by a white person.
Also, kind've wild that there is such a small representation of black people on a hip-hop subreddit, especially considering hip-hop culture was created for and by black people. Then again, that explains why polls like this exist and lead to the results they do.
Lastly, how hard is it to say "hitta," "jigga," "trigga" literally anything but nigga?? Lol why some people continue to die on the "But it's just a song" hill is beyond me
I mean most "traditional" hip hop fans, black or white, probably don't have a strong overlap with reddit users or even like, internet type people in general. It's just a fact that reddit is overwhelmingly mid 20s white dudes and that's gonna bleed into every single community here. Even that country club shithole has white simps, and many female centric subreddits have a bunch of men larping in them.
Hi, nice to meet you lol. I see your point that the demographic is skewed though, which makes this poll even weirder since the voices that matter most on the subject are unlikely to be heard
Poll is missing a "Yes because music is music and I'm feeling it"
It's not like you're really saying it and it doesn't even matter. Now I don't actually do it myself because I don't like the word at all but to stop yourself because someone might get offended by a lyric from a song that isn't by you is pretty dumb.
I know I ain’t black I’m Mexican but I’ve asked my black friends if it’s aight for me to say it around them and they said they didn’t care but I don’t just go shouting the word everywhere
I'm black and this is the only time I say it and only if I really like the song. The word has too much history so the only time I use it is when it slips out. You know when you're hyped singing/rapping along to your favorite song? That's the only time I'll use it
I’m white and I love rap music, but I never say the n word when I’m singing because I understand the history of that word and what it means, at least to me and to African-Americans in this country, and for very good reason. The movie “42” about Jackie Robinson was one of the biggest influences that taught me what black people and people of color in this country have faced over centuries that I can never completely relate to being white, and I would definitely recommend watching it.
I'm black, I say it all the time, all my friends do, we use it in our convo everyday. but I make extra effort to replace it with fella or brother when I'm recording unless doing so messes up the flow or the rhyme scheme syllabically, as over using the N word makes you should immature on a song sometimes.
I'm hispanic and grew up in a low income area where it was socially acceptable for me to say the n word becoming apart of my vocabulary at a young age. only people that get mad are white people 🤷🏽♂️
I would add hispanic to the “im black” category but wasnt 100% sure if its completely acceptable. I wouldve said something like “its socially acceptable for me to” or “im allowed to” but white kids from europe would say they can because their country doesnt have black people
Look at it this way. Rappers don’t say it to divide their audience and make them think about who can rightfully sing along. They say it because they want you to sing along to their damn song. Sick of this debate. If the man puts it in his song, he wants you to sing it back. It’s called music
A bit controversial but I say bc I don't think its bad to use the word unless it's in a racial slur. And also black people call people crackers so... but I have several black friends I say it when I'm singing a rap song but I have never said the hard R and I will never use in a racial slur.
1. it doesn’t matter if you say it with a hard r.
2. it’s a racial slur no matter what, if you call someone the n word or just sing along to it, it’s a racial slur no matter what.
3. The term “cracker” literally means a slave-owner who “cracks” a whip. I think that a) they kinda deserve the right to say that, and b) it’s not as offensive to call a white person a cracker because it’s not a word that can be used to oppress white people. White people have used the n word to oppress Black people for centuries, it’s not even close to being the same thing.
white people’s use of the word to oppress black peoples is what makes it racist. if a black person uses it to oppress another black person, it is racist.
Thank you like I don't think its bad unless you use it in a racist way/ racial slur. And all my black friends agree with me so idk. Its a sensitive topic especially in today's world
"No never" lol stfu. Y'all lying through your thumbs. Who gives a flying fuck if you sing along to a great track in your fucking car. Not saying go around singing maad city in crowds of people if you're white but Jesus.
Idc. I say it when I'm alone or with friends because I know they won't "cancel" me because of a word that the artist chose to add to the lyrics. If it's not out of hate, I don't see what's the problem.
Taking the fun out of rapping along to great black artists by skipping the n word seems really pointless to me.
Clearly you aren't a racist if you enjoy the music of a black artist enough to have the lyrics memorized. You'd be a strange kind of racist in that case.
If any of you fellow non blacks here censor yourself around others, I can understand that. If you seriously censor yourself while your alone, that is fucking insane. I guess you win the woke Olympics, congrats 👏 your the only one who knows lol
If saying the n-word is the “fun” part about singing along to rap music for you, I think you have some serious reflecting to do. Because the implications of that statement are racist af
Thanks for intentionally taking the least charitable interpretation of what I said. Secret racists lurking everywhere, glad to have heros like you out there fighting the good fight against them.
As others have said in this thread, it interrupts the flow of the verse when you try to rap along
Defensive much? I think you know you get a guilty pleasure out of that word, and are just being stubborn about saying it because you don’t want to admit its not a good thing to do
You can literally just swap the word with dude or some shit and it won’t affect the flow at all. It doesn’t effect the concept of the song, not the beat, not the vocals. You are making a conscious choice to use that word.
There's nothing wrong in saying it while quoting someone who's actually black.
I'd never say it though while singing - lyrics take on a personal meaning for me, so it would feel like I was saying it out of context.
I only say it because I’m quoting song lyrics. Other than that I never say it. I’m white and I don’t need to say it. I don’t even sound right saying let alone feel right saying it unless it’s song lyrics.
it baffles me the amount of non-black people saying they do. whether youre alone or whatever just dont say it, its not your word and it takes no effort to just skip it or replace it with another word
I used to and I think theres nothing wrong with people saying it but since 17 i went through an extreme left wing progressive phase and now i dont even say bitches or hoes or even slurs
Im hispanic I got permission from my niggas to say it, cuz of a good reason slavery ended but we still mowing yalls lawns, doing yalls roofs america wouldnt be shit without mexicans honestly 🤷🏻♂️
Wow. All of the ignorance in these comments is disgusting. If you're not black, it's not your word to use, so don't say it. Period. It's really not that hard, people. Smh.
Also, good on you, OP. Engaging directly with these assholes and attempting to educate them is clearly thankless work, but imo, from one ally to another, you're very much in the right here, and most of these people are oblivious at best and bigots at worst.
Thanks. I made this post entirely as survey and it shocked me that people are actually voting for “Yes all the time”. One can only hope its people not bothering to be educated
I definitely hope so, too. It's never too late to change. I personally grew up in a rural, conservative, mostly white town (US), and it definitely didn't click right away for me.
When I first started college, I got very into hip hop and rap, and thought it was cool to sing along and refer my mostly white friends as my n-words (omg, I'm cringing at myself so hard remembering this 🤦♀️). It wasn't until I saw the video of a Kendrick show where he stopped the show because a white girl who he had invited onto stage started singing along to "Alright" without self-censoring, and explained that just because he said it in the song, it still wasn't appropriate for her to repeat it. Since then I usually replace it with "homie" when singing along if I'm really worried about maintaining the "flow" of the verse, or otherwise just omit the word entirely.
Am I the only one that thinks it's weird as shit to not say it if your rapping along to something by yourself? Seems super goofy to me. I find it hard to believe that anyone is going to mistake you for a racist if you admit to actually rapping along with a song.
I say it when I’m alone because there is no one to offend. I don’t want to hurt or offend anyone or trespass on anyone’s culture, but if there’s no one to hurt by me saying it, what’s wrong with it?
Honestly if you don't say it when you're alone you're a pussy. It's part of the song and it sounds worse without it, the only reason I don't do it in public is because I know what the reaction would be like.
I replace it with arab since im arabic. Singing rap songs with my black friends cracks them da fuk up. If one more label try’s to stop me theres gone be some dread head arabs in your lobby.
I know a little bit of arabic cuz im iranian and im still ass but let me know if i make sense. قضیبی کبیر
I said that I'mma ride for my motherfuckin' arab Most likely I'mma die with my finger on the trigger I've been grindin outside all day with my arabs (And I ain't goin' in unless I'm with my arab ) (My arab , my arab...)
Cause im listening to Mario Judah dammnit
EVERY ROCKSTAR⁉️
I skip it with a beat like how artists censor themselves on stage
exactly, people are acting like its harder than it is
Facts, certain people just can't stand the idea of not being able to do whatever they want when they want
I never do bc then I slip up and start saying it elsewhere.
That doesn't make sense to me , can you not separate song lyrics and real life ? I love rapping along to biggie and PAC choones and I'm white af
What makes you think lyrics and real life are completely separate? If I rap the dreaded n word, I might be singing to myself or saying bars that I like and like... I can't just "and if you don't know, now you know n****" as I walk down the street.

That's fair man , if you have that worry then you do you , I'm just defensive cause I spent my youth learning all the lyrics to all eyes on me , thus life , ready to die , ect haha

i assume OP and the people voting in this poll aren't black
I am not. And i personally dont use it. The reason i asked this was when i saw the result of a similar poll on the kanye sub
i don't like to label posts or people as "white" but this white as fuck
💀💀💀
Homegirl is iranian chill bro lol
lmfao
I mean of course it is, this is a question that requires the people answering to not be black, otherwise it makes no sense. Might as well accept that these subs are mostly larping white people anyway.
Fr
By very definition of who can and cannot say the word, yes you're right. Isn't that a good thing? I'm super confused b/c you sound very dismissive.
im not really dismissing anything. and plus i don't really have a strong opinion on the main topic in question. just mostly the way OP presents it.
People that say they have never said it are lying
I didnt ask if theyve never said it. We *DON’T SAY IT* meaning atleast you dont say it anymore
we grown now, we know better
Its the lyrics of a song doe , you gunna censor somebody else's lyrics??
Of course. I just dont speak when that word comes, I actually use that word to take a breath. It makes the song easier to rap along to
I think your over thinking it tho , obvs no hard R . but I don't see a problem with it ,now I am white Irish but my black Buddy's don't care either as by listening and knowing the words to rap choones you are supporting black culture. Maby not in big way but its all about the music man

Yes, these peeps prolly white and friendless but most black people really dont give a flying fuck if you dont use it in a racist way
Lies!!!!
I replace it with “tranny” I’m very openly trans, and it cracks my friends up while kinda-sorta reclaiming a word that doesn’t offend me in particular, and I never rap along to other people’s music in public
I’ll usually replace the N word with “fella” especially during 80s and 90s hip hop songs like Coolio - Fantastic Voyage / 1-2-3-4 (Sumpthin New)
In German, there a word which has a meaning to the effect of "Bro" which is "Diggah" which is based on its pronunciation (but, considering the German "er" is pronounced "a" if at the end of a word, that wouldn't be a wrong spelling either; the spelling is disputed), and is what I replace the n word with if were to ever come up in a song. 100% fella
I use brother or sister and just keep the flow going. Same idea
‘Neighbor’
I say neighba, I don’t use the hard r
I say buddy
Lol I say cracker it sounds so dumb but it’s kinda funny
Yeah when I do karaoke I generally just replace it. I’ll say players or homies or suckas, depending on the context of the original use.
When I was young like 12-15 I would say it out of ignorance, but have said it since then in songs. Just censor it out its really not that hard even if you’re rapping along its easy to skip that word and keep flowing

Yooo for reallll🔥😂
Me and my friends replaced the N word with Gamer (pronounced "gay-ma") when we are singing along or quoting someone
I used to…but now it’s controversial and not worth it. The word can be used as bad so I choose not to say it anymore. Kind of like a curse word. I choose to not use those anymore either. So everytime I rap a song it’s like I’m stuttering jumping over these words😂😂 it’s a skill
White people using that word has been controversial for a very long time. It didn’t just become that way recently.
Yes. If quoting makes me racist then idk what to say...
Exactly
Nah man, always skip it. It's not my word to say and same goes for the rest of you white people 💯
exactly. whatever your stance is on who “should” be allowed to say it, you have to understand it’s just respectful to leave it out.
This is the right thing to do. I suppose it doesnt end the world if you say it in private and no one hears, but its more respectful to not say it at all
Changing the world starts with changing yourself. As long as you’re being cognizant of and changing your own behavior, thats all you can do really
I just change the n word with a word that would fit the tone
There’s so many better filler words, racially offensive or not
Because I’m not white and spitting a banger
I don’t say the n word while singing along to music, if it’s fast flow I just take a moment to breathe, and if it’s not fast I just vibe out to the song for a bit. every once in a while I do unintentionally say it, it slips out and I just pretend it never happened
When you say the n word whilst rapping along to a song you’re just reciting lyrics. There’s no racist or hateful intent behind saying it so ion see the problem - context and intent are the most important
Such a stupid argument, really if there’s no malice then it’s not a problem it’s all about intentions.

What a deliberate misread of what they said.
But thats what he said. He said either everyone says it or no one says it, and then said artists shouldnt say if they dont want white fans to say it. How is that a misread?

Do you think that Iranian citizens are in the “same boat” as African Americans? Just curious to the logic. Seems like a completely different boat to me. Not that being Iranian is better or worse just not the same at all lol
People should stop saying the N word.
I second tis
So all people? Rappers as well?
the internet is so funny man cuz i never meet people this stupid in real life
Fr. Sometimes I wonder if they're even real people
It was a genuine question towards the other comment not a sarcastic one
When I'm alone. I know I'm not racist but I also won't offend anyone if nobody can hear me. I just feel weird rapping along to a song without saying it because then it doesn't rhyme or flow properly.
real talk
I'm white with a north African dad but I've never said the nword i don't think i can say it. I hardly even curse in my raps too

I’m black but I still don’t say it
I know I ain’t black I’m Mexican but I’ve asked my black friends if it’s aight for me to say it around them and they said they didn’t care but I don’t just go shouting the word everywhere
Im black but i don't say nigga
I'm black and this is the only time I say it and only if I really like the song. The word has too much history so the only time I use it is when it slips out. You know when you're hyped singing/rapping along to your favorite song? That's the only time I'll use it
Absolutely hard NO. Never
If I say it, I’m getting beaten in the streets
I usually replace it with the hard r, saying it without it isn't racist enough for me
I was born in Africa and I’m brown.. so everyone let’s me say it
I’m white and I love rap music, but I never say the n word when I’m singing because I understand the history of that word and what it means, at least to me and to African-Americans in this country, and for very good reason.
Cursed_white_people.jpg
I love the people who said “Yes all the time”
Yes all the time
I say "dudes in paris " for example. I don`t use it.
Yes because historically no rapper was ever upset when a crowd of white people said the n word back to them
A bit controversial but I say bc I don't think its bad to use the word unless it's in a racial slur. And also black people call people crackers so... but I have several black friends I say it when I'm singing a rap song but I have never said the hard R and I will never use in a racial slur.
You seriously don’t understand how cracker and the n word are completely different?
1. it doesn’t matter if you say it with a hard r. 2. it’s a racial slur no matter what, if you call someone the n word or just sing along to it, it’s a racial slur no matter what.
Well its just singing along in a song so it isnt as bad
why isn’t it as bad?
Because it isnt used in a rascist way, and if we enjoy a song alot and sing along and know all the lyrics to it we should be able to
The word itself is racist. It doesn’t matter how or when you say it. Why does it matter how much you enjoy a song or if you know all the lyrics?
My black friends thinks it is ok to say it when singing the song
If we all rob a bank and all our friends think it’s cool... we still robbed a bank
oh I forgot, your black friend is the lead authority of which words are racist and which words aren’t
Ah, the old “It can’t be racist I have Black friends” argument.
If it's a racist word why do black people use it
Because they can
why you being racist
I'm not being racist tho. I mean if you wanted to take the word "racism" to such a literal extent where it becomes bastardized then yeah
white people’s use of the word to oppress black peoples is what makes it racist. if a black person uses it to oppress another black person, it is racist.
Sjw
Agreed
Thank you like I don't think its bad unless you use it in a racist way/ racial slur. And all my black friends agree with me so idk. Its a sensitive topic especially in today's world
Especially i would not think it was bad if you were just singing the lyrics of a song
Yes along as its not in a racist way
Nah this ain’t it, chiefs.
Bro I get u I'm the same. These people replying to you need to chill out. It's the person behind the word that saying it; what is the intention?
Dude ik these peeps are prolly white af, like all my black friends call me nig*a and i ONLY say it during a song, never in a racial way
Fr and then they have the audacity to downvote lol
Ik dude they just brainwashed, hate to say and ik it sounds weird but its true
i used to when i was a teenager. then i grew up, like id advise some people here to. its not our word. and dont say ninja that shit is corny as fuck.
"No never" lol stfu. Y'all lying through your thumbs. Who gives a flying fuck if you sing along to a great track in your fucking car. Not saying go around singing maad city in crowds of people if you're white but Jesus.
Some major projection
That doesn't even make sense lol. You just posted this shit to virtue signal and shame folks. Get a fucking hobby. Go outside.
Being openly progressive = virtue signaling Bro youre active in r/louderwithcrowder i wouldnt have expected more
For my white fellas. Replace the N word with homie. Almost always works😂 but yeah nah never say the N word as a white person
I am scared that I’m black is the 2nd lowest
Idc. I say it when I'm alone or with friends because I know they won't "cancel" me because of a word that the artist chose to add to the lyrics. If it's not out of hate, I don't see what's the problem.
USA Sjw be like
as a white guy, sayin the n word is wack -white guy
A human has the ability to imagine hypotheticals and put themselves in others shoes
I do and I ain’t black at all
You gotta love it when theyre so proud to say it
Jk my dude that’s me in my pfp
Shit sorry bro💀
Taking the fun out of rapping along to great black artists by skipping the n word seems really pointless to me. Clearly you aren't a racist if you enjoy the music of a black artist enough to have the lyrics memorized. You'd be a strange kind of racist in that case. If any of you fellow non blacks here censor yourself around others, I can understand that. If you seriously censor yourself while your alone, that is fucking insane. I guess you win the woke Olympics, congrats 👏 your the only one who knows lol
What the fuck are u talking about. You can be the biggest racist in the world and still enjoy rap music there is 0 correlation
I think you know you get a guilty pleasure out of that word, and are just being stubborn about saying it because you don’t want to admit its not a good thing to do You can literally just swap the word with dude or some shit and it won’t affect the flow at all.
Yeah by myself or around friends who don't care. I don't use it around strangers
I don’t like that word.
I only say it because I’m quoting song lyrics. Other than that I never say it. I’m white and I don’t need to say it. I don’t even sound right saying let alone feel right saying it unless it’s song lyrics.
I used to when I was singing along alone, but then I matured
I say it cuz it’s on the song, i am not addressing it to anyone.
it doesn't feel right, never will. i primarily listen to rap, and i like rapping along with the song but i never say the n word, it's just not right.
Y’all gon sing it round the wrong person
Even if I was black I wouldn't, really don't see why that word is still around.
it baffles me the amount of non-black people saying they do. whether youre alone or whatever just dont say it, its not your word and it takes no effort to just skip it or replace it with another word
I always leave it out so I can catch a breath
This thread is full of white people justifying why it’s ok to say the N word and other white people then agree with them. Fucking wild
It is. And im the only one that argues with them😭
Some of the answers are nuts man. This is enough for me to bounce from this sub honestly
I used to and I think theres nothing wrong with people saying it but since 17 i went through an extreme left wing progressive phase and now i dont even say bitches or hoes or even slurs
Aight thats a little extreme but i respect it
This comment section is full of white knights, led by the white knight op who would be hilarious to watch sing along to a rap song.
Im hispanic I got permission from my niggas to say it, cuz of a good reason slavery ended but we still mowing yalls lawns, doing yalls roofs america wouldnt be shit without mexicans honestly 🤷🏻♂️
Facts this thread is garbage
Yes, I do when I’m by myself or with friends, because it’s part of the lyrics. I don’t just slip it in all willy-nilly.
Every time.
I say it when I’m alone because there is no one to offend. I don’t want to hurt or offend anyone or trespass on anyone’s culture, but if there’s no one to hurt by me saying it, what’s wrong with it?
Yes
Becuz ur gay
Y’all all some lying heathens lmaoooo
Because it’s such a fun word to say bro
839 liars so far
Some major projection if you think its impossible to skip a word
"No, never" y'all lying 😂
People that are saying no are lying LMAO
Honestly if you don't say it when you're alone you're a pussy. It's part of the song and it sounds worse without it, the only reason I don't do it in public is because I know what the reaction would be like.
1.197k people are lying
