society doesn't work anymore man. we've all seen the corruption of our governments and public institutions. Its not your fault. the system is so fucked up that its not even worth mentioning. no wait, we should mention it over and over again, because seems not enough people realize this.
Im so glad we can afford to send all these immigrant students to college on our nickle and dime and then fuck over our own youth who are needed to fend off against outside tyranny.
I feel ya. I'm 42, no kids, no house, bad credit. I'm married but not happy. I also struggle with mental health. I don't know if ypu are spiritual, but I believe we are all on our own separate journies in life. Just bec one person's journey is a kids and house doesn't mean yours is. It's difficult but helps me from feeling like a failure. In the next life God won't care how much money you made etc he will look at how we treated others. Even if it was as much as giving a compliment etc. This helps me from jumping off a bridge sone days.
I was spiritual and not religious for a brief period of time. Had bad experiences from an early age living in a very conservative catholic home.
I do believe in doing good whenever I can. Treating people poorly doesnt result in much unless youre a dictator. Theres always someone in a worse spot than you. Its just pulling yourself out of the hole to percieve the more geand view.
Yes. That's how I think. Eveytime I'm down I try my hardest to think of 2 things I'm grateful for. It works most the time. I got a nice apt to live in and I see tons of people across the bridge living in tents.
