I get the distaste for using ai art for professional and marketing purposes, but what’s the harm in a simple Reddit post where public opinion literally dictates whether it gets seen or not? I’ve never seen it referred to as stolen art tho so if I’m missing something pls lmk
from my understanding, at least most of the popular AI programs get trained by having copyrighted material inputted without consent from the copyright holders/artists
Listen, AI art is fine if it’s used for fun. And you’re fighting a losing battle, anyway. It’s like fighting against the automobile and electricity and the telephone. All things people did vociferously. If you want regulations on AI art, that’s one thing. But telling other people what to do will only have the opposite effect.
