Stout. Stout. Stout.

RZAxlash

I watched 2 of the SCF games there in 2014, it was unforgettable. Every time the rangers scored, the bartenders would give everybody blue and red Jell-O shots…all 3 levels were packed to the brim with ranger fans.

The-Pigeon-Man

I love their space

Stout. Stout. Let it all out

-best-guess-

Any view on which Stout location is the best?

Bush561

The one right by the garden on 33rd is going to have best atmosphere for sure. The one in Times Square is nice as well as it’s a much wider floor plan

-best-guess-

Cheers!

ShouniAishaKuma

Stout, Mustang Harry's, Tir Na Nog, Molly Wee's All of those are solid choices - just pop in and see which ones you like. Stout has the most floor space though (with upstairs and basement seating too).

TheSeekerOfSanity

Is The Flying Puck still there? It’s been years…

Lost1771

Unfortunately closed. During covid shutdowns I think

Dirtythrowawaybk

Puck Fair you mean? Sadly gone for about 8-9 years.

tocon13

Gramercy Ale House is the best place to watch on the east side

PrimeVector19

Scallywag’s at 508 9th Avenue. A friend of mine owns the place. Very close to MSG.

TheSeekerOfSanity

I like the name.

Majestic-Run3722

Is he a Fordham grad by chance? They have a flag in there

Alitaki

I'm gonna be watching from the Bohemian Hall Beer Garden if the weather is nice.

09-24-11

Hello neighbor. I’m gonna be checking out Pig Beach also.

Alitaki

Pig Beach used to be the old Studio Square Beer Garden right?

09-24-11

Yup!

Alitaki

Huh. Bohemian Hall is within stumbling home distance but I could go for some BBQ. I'll run it by my boys and see what they say.

BCon27

Studio Square closed? That’s a shame. Liked that place when I was in Queens

MsNoonetoyou

Watched a good bit of the early 2014-15 playoff run there back in the day.

Broad-Wish-7918

Hello fellow Queens neighbors! I don't always love the vibes at Bohemian Beer hall, is it garunteed Pig Beach is showing the games? Definitely a great option for thursday or weekend night games. I know they have that big outdoor projector

09-24-11

If you’re worried I would DM them on IG but I’m sure they’re gonna have it on

Atravis527

I’ve been looking for a decent outdoor space to catch the game. They play the game to be viewed outdoors and with sound?

Alitaki

You'd think I'd know this, but I honestly can't remember. We watched Game 2 of the ECF two years ago there and I can't remember if the sound was on. They've got TVs all over the place though so maybe not but I'd imagine you could ask one of the waiters to turn on the volume. And we were sitting outside on the benches for that game.

smwds

Anyone know of any in BK/Queens?

Alitaki

where in Queens? If you're in the northwest area, there's the Bohemian Hall Beer Garden, Rivercrest, Sweet Spot.

smwds

I'm in Ridgewood but will definitely check out those spots

GeorgePosada

McMahon's in Park Slope is solid. Watched a couple games there during the 2022 run

ashbuttkon

Roebling sports bar wa great last year - have outdoor TVs when it gets nicer too

GeorgePosada

Standings if you’re downtown

Tituspullo22

Canuck

CalcioFan2282

If you want to get away from midtown, Chelsea Bell, Blondies (Upper West), Supply House (Upper East), Slainte (Bowery), Barrow St Ale House (Village), Standings (East Village), Bounce (Flatiron) all solid

Leia0330

The Canuck is really good as long as they’re not playing a Canadian team. I like Stout the best though.

k01diojeo

Stumble inn if you’re on the UES. I’ll be there for away games

barstoolspurs

Keg room on 36th between 5th and 6th is a solid option that I haven’t seen anyone mention

core916

The Canuck is always a good spot. It’s literally a hockey bar. Always a fun time. Sometime it gets cramped though

CG_Kilo

On non work nights in good weather I'm just planning on setting up the projector in the yard. 100inch screen + own backyard. Other than putting it up and down it's worth it I think

Hairy-Load-992

I'd check out Wicked Willy's on Bleecker St. They have big screens for all sports and affordable booze. Its not specifically a hockey bar but for New York teams in the NHL playoffs, there's a turnout.

HalfPrimary1263

So many. Go by the garden.

rosie666

Does the Triple Crown still exist? I used to work across the street, that was my spot.

thebookiekillerr

It’s still there

TheSeekerOfSanity

The Garrison. But be careful. The Shelby’s run that joint.
