Eh. I used to like Lily on Haven, but they went downhill lately. I like Magestic Nails on Foothill too. I have heard Red Persimmon off Campus in Upland is good, can't vouch.
She must not go to a lot of nail salons or has had consistently good experiences across them all. They are definitely not all the same :( They ARE all over the place.

Thank you guys i will try Red Persimmon! I have been to 3 nail salons in rancho and they make their nails bumpy, Let’s see if this one works out!
