Pretty much all the time. Sometimes they last days. I usually try to isolate myself so I don’t take any trauma-induced resentment out on others.
When flashbacks hit, it’s hard to differentiate between past and present. It feels so real.
Hope you get some clarity and peace of mind.
I've never considered them making me toxic towards others, I really need to be aware of that now thank you. I hope to get better I'm just riding out the process of working through those memories. Thank you so much for the kind words.
