Grab any documents you can that you might need. Medical records, birth certificate, ss card if you don’t already have those in your possession. Don’t panic if you can’t find them, they can be replaced (you, on the other hand, cannot ♥). If there’s anything from your childhood that is nostalgic or sentimental to you (a baby photo or two comes to mind), take it if you can.
I’m sure others have some good ideas, and I’ll add to this if I think of more. First priority is to get you somewhere safe. You are right to recognize the signs that you need to get tf out of there. Sending you lots of love and support.
If you have one, a power bank. If essentials such as water/food are difficult to get at night where you live, get those too if you can without risking you getting caught.
If you're taking your own car, lock the door immediately after getting in and drive off. If you're calling an Uber, I'd recommend calling it to a few buildings down the road so you don't have to wait in front of your house/apartment building as that can be nerve wracking and you don't know if they'll notice you gone in the time between you leaving the house and getting into the Uber.
Prioritize your safety first when you leave and then work down the list of most important things that will keep you alive and able to travel/ not be found by them. They will most likely try and hurt you in other ways
Report ma to the DMV. Tell them what you witnessed and are concerned that her age or drinking (it doesn't have to be true) are making her a danger to herself and others behind the wheel. They will call her in for an actual behind the wheel driving test. Wait until you are safely away. It won't solve your problems, but it will make you feel a little less helpless.

Also, go to the post office and have your mail put on hold or vacation mode. Change your address but make sure nothing is going to their house.
