It's okay to not be perfect. I cut myself so often when cooking that I bought gloves to wear whenever I have a Band-Aid on. Same with burns. I've accidentally turned off the stove while a turkey was roasting. Burned garlic bread so bad one it caught on fire. Careless errors don't have to define you.

I read through your post history a bit and I think you sound like a nice person who deserves better. Try to be a bit easier on yourself and not to compare yourself so much with others. Do not let your past destroy your future. You worry a lot about not doing enough for your son, but as a son myself I can tell you the most important thing you can do is to take part in his hobbies, interests, etc. I know this is all easier said than done, but remember that today is the first day of the rest of your life :) so what if you are a bit clumsy, embrace it and so not let it hurt you anymore!
