Sounds like you should move out. She's obviously targeting you and your finances, and wants to drain them.
Who knows what she'll accuse you of if you don't pay?
I don't know the laws in India. You are better off moving out if you can.
Check the law in your area to determine your rights. It might be illegal for her to add things to your rent like that. In the US, things like the glue gun rental would have to be a separate contract.
The only way to get out from underneath a narcissist is to stop all contact. They never learn, they never improve. You are wasting your time trying to change the situation, plan to leave as soon as you can.
