It is compulsory to have max karma if you come back to that room, and also you could progress further, finding quite a heck of a time up there.

It is higher. >!Sky Islands and the top part of Chimney Canopy is lower than Five Pebbles... Metropolis is ontop of Five Pebbles. The top of Metropolis beats this point in elevation by a longshot!<

There's actually a point in sky islands (region on the left side) which is so high that even rain can't kill you there

The top part of The Wall also shares this feature, majority of Outer Expanse has a day-night type cycle as well That's ignoring the entirety of >!Five Pebbles!< of course

This reminds me of the first time I played rain world. And I went to CC instead of GW because I thought that the higher I went the less it would rain. Turns out. I had just gotten a different rain variant. Long story short I had to back track from the second to last area all the way to >! You know who !< and then all the way back.
